Gordon talking to St. Mirren. Would have thought Hearts would have been looking at him. Good luck to him. Done a decent job for us.

1.) 06 Jun 2020 22:42:32
Hearts have some serious money issues because of relegation.

03 Apr 2020 23:51:55
UEFA have lifted restrictions in England and Scotland that will allow games to be broadcast at 3pm. Looks like games will be played behind closed doors.

1.) 05 Apr 2020 00:01:36
When? And I don't mean 3pm haha havnt seen anything saying otherwise.

2.) 05 Apr 2020 00:17:54
If it were my decision I just want the season played out any way it can even if it's late. Open doors/ closed doors doesn't matter, let's just win it officially and mathematically. The Sevs can't have any genuine complaint although the most important thing is that we all say safe to celebrate the inevitable. Stay safe bhoys, think of others and be responsible. HH.

3.) 05 Apr 2020 01:27:46
Nothing official from the FAs but its thought this is the first step towards playing games behind closed doors.

4.) 06 Apr 2020 17:08:17
No danger of thus as players union is against it, it’s a contact sport.

5.) 07 Apr 2020 00:23:32
Unions of most work forces are against working just now. Hasn't stopped whiskey bonds, post office, Amazon etc.

6.) 08 Apr 2020 09:54:27
Think a lot if whiskey bonds are making hand sanitizer.

7.) 09 Apr 2020 00:44:35
Yeah I think they are. For some reason the alcohol industry is classed as essential. Says it all really πŸ˜‚.

26 Jan 2020 14:23:12
Rumour that Monaco have bid for Edouard. We've rejected it apparently.

10 Jan 2020 01:55:30
Rumours of Benkovic plus cash for Ajer. Not sure how I feel about this one.

1.) 10 Jan 2020 08:25:20
Why would we swap a player who is rarely injured for one who is constantly injured.

2.) 10 Jan 2020 08:27:04
No happening we might bring in one or two players permanently and if we need to an experienced one too am thinking that maybe Bayo and griff are there we might only get in loan striker.

3.) 10 Jan 2020 12:01:22
Av said on here before ajer needs to be better imo defending still suspect.

4.) 10 Jan 2020 13:42:57
Agree with that Mally would like to see Elhamed (if we can get him fit) getting a shot beside Jullian and pushing Big Ajer into the midfield to rotate with Broony and Calmac. It would give us a much needed bit of muscle in there.

5.) 10 Jan 2020 14:03:34
Why does a lot of celtic fans want benkovic back?

6.) 10 Jan 2020 15:58:19
Kev, cause he's good. That's it.

7.) 10 Jan 2020 17:56:35
I don't Kev. Was just relaying a rumour I heard. Jury is still out on Ajer for me. Think he still needs time to develop. If we had another decent CB at the club would he play every week?

8.) 10 Jan 2020 21:03:03
Ajer for the height and build of him should be better in the air especially at set pieces, something we are needing.
Benkovik although a good plater may have issues with injuries however waynamas injuries record over the past few years has been pretty dire as well.

9.) 10 Jan 2020 22:01:07
Great player but his fitness is the biggest concern. Already got one Croat sick note on the books who can't be depended on, Although his knee injury against Wigan didn't last long as he was back on the bench against Villa a few days later.

23 Sep 2019 01:39:04
Any update on Julien's injury?

1.) 23 Sep 2019 08:11:33
He tweeted he was Ok.

Class act by Hayes deferring his wages for a year to sign for the sheep.

27 Apr 2020 19:19:48
England looking to finish the Premiership behind closed doors in June. Are we likely to do the same?

1.) 27 Apr 2020 21:08:50
That mob are allegedly pushing for season to finish behind closed doors yet have no pitch to play on.

2.) 27 Apr 2020 21:22:35
There is a big difference between Looking to finish and being allowed to finish. I'm not sure by the soundbites coming out of government that it will happen. My preference is to get the season finished by playing the games by whatever means.

3.) 28 Apr 2020 00:53:34
Lawman the article I read seemed to indicate government backing down South. I'd imagine the TV companies are applying pressure. Appreciate that means nothing here as we are paid a pittance for our product.

4.) 28 Apr 2020 01:30:22

5.) 28 Apr 2020 20:11:01
I think we have seen the last SPL game . Playing behind close doors may well work for the big 5 leagues, as there would be sufficient interest and money available to give enough clubs in these leagues to sustain a worthwhile league in each of these Countries.
However it would be different in Scotland, apart from ourselves and with Rangers dead again, there are not enough fans interested in Scotland to run a competitive league .
Would enough pay enough to make staging a game between Livingston and Ross County Worthwhile .
I think we will have problems in Scotland . It will be 2022 at earliest before any fans are alllowed in.

15 Apr 2020 23:27:44
I see the chat down South is to void their season if the games can not be concluded. I've witnessed zero chat of Liverpool being declared champions. Would have thought we would have followed their lead. Interesting to see what happens next.

10 Apr 2020 13:18:17
Sevco's proposal rejected. Written in crayon no doubt.

1.) 10 Apr 2020 13:31:50
They have released another statement with made up claims of bullyingπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

{Ed007's Note - So TRIFC have released a statement accusing the SPFL - which the TRIFC managing director Stewart Robertson is on the board of - of bullying other teams? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

2.) 10 Apr 2020 14:26:37
Bright as a blackout so they are! An utter embarrassment over that way honestly! Put together a proposal that isn’t possible under business law then when theyr are told this they scream bullying! Want money for current standings but don’t want the title handed out! They are by a country mile the most idiotic baset case of a club on this planet! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I would love this season to get finished and us win it by 20 points I really would! But knowing the pain this causes them I’m actually coming round to the idea of finishing it now πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜†πŸ˜†.

{Ed007's Note - The only plus point of us being declared champions without finishing the games will be the absolute meltdown from the Ibrox Klan - the incoming laughs will certainly help us get through the lockdown.
Stewart Robertson at the SPFL meeting......

3.) 10 Apr 2020 15:06:23
I said it before and I'll say it again - Mike Ashley will be watching and waiting. I just hope it happens as he's got a special rapport with the peepul.

4.) 10 Apr 2020 15:13:37
Aww ED it would be the biggest hunplosion in their 8 year history! The pain this will cause will be enough to feed off for years to come 🀣🀣🀣.

{Ed007's Note - πŸ‘

5.) 10 Apr 2020 15:34:09
If he sits on the board and is part of the decision making then runs away to blab to the media surely his position is untenable.

6.) 10 Apr 2020 15:38:12
I can't understand why The SPFL let Servco away with some of the childish accusations that come out of that club without at least publicly reprimanding them.

7.) 10 Apr 2020 16:05:54
ED007 can you remember the cartoon a couple of years ago "explaining debt to a hun" sums up everything lol.

8.) 10 Apr 2020 16:23:18
I Also think it makes MR Robertson their CEO And on the board of the SPFL unattainable on one or the other as their is clearly a brake down in communication between him and Servco as Servco state that the SPFL are bullying.

{Ed007's Note - And no doubt they're blaming Peter Lawwell who was replaced on the SPFL Board by their man Robertson.}

9.) 10 Apr 2020 16:31:03
Cheers ED007 it is still funny today.

{Ed007's Note - πŸ‘

10.) 10 Apr 2020 18:25:17
Judging by dodgy Dave's eye calibration would not be surprised if he ticked wrong box.

11.) 10 Apr 2020 21:12:13
Business Law, Legal hahahahahahahahahahahaha
When did anything like that actually apply to them?

12.) 10 Apr 2020 22:59:38
The supposed asterisk beside our name will give them some comfort. Feckin 'ell, they have to find comfort from somewhere! :-) . You know something guys? The more I think of our team the more I appreciate what Broony has contributed over the 9362 years he has been with us, he has been feckin incredible (and written off on more than one occasion) and if we hadn't won the European Cup in 67 (which I'm glad we did) then I reckon he'd be right up there with the best captain's in our club's history. Just saying. HH.

13.) 11 Apr 2020 01:40:46
Very true tiny Tim! 🀣🀣🀣.

14.) 11 Apr 2020 08:37:53
Bob the cat there won't be an asterix. That was just that fud Alistair Johnstone thinking he was cracking a wise crack comment which actually made him look an idiot.

09 Apr 2020 17:44:02
Football suspended until June. Will Sevco last that long without income? Tick tock.

1.) 09 Apr 2020 18:35:00
Absolutely hilarious watching them trying to pick out the best bits of this scenario. Desperately wanting null and void but want the prize moneyπŸ˜‚ but the prize money isn't for their benefit of course it's for all the other clubs🀣 Coming out with reasoning like "will we just give Rory McIlroy the Open Championship since it's been cancelled this year"🀣 Absolute Neanderthals, can't even distinguish between an event that's not started and one that is 3/ 4 the way through. don't think they realise if The Open Championship did start and was abandoned after round 3 with McIlroy leading he would be awarded the Championship.

2.) 09 Apr 2020 20:28:29
They are bonkers, the only outcome they want is void, throwing words about like integrity, dignity, and would not accept league win if it was the other way round .

Oldkilly Bain's form slumped towards the end of his run in the 1st team. He's not good enough though is OK as backup. Hart doesn't do it for me but if it was a choice between him and Bain it's Hart all day.

Is Soro not Brown's replacement?

07 Jun 2020 09:06:54
No for me. He's no where near the standard of Edouard and Griffiths and we just spent 3m+ on Klimala. Don't see the point in spending that money on a 4th choice striker. Plus if we really had to I'd rather gave Cosgrove.

Bringing in Forster and keeping Edouard should be the priority. Would be happy with a new CB to challenge Ajer and a LB to fight it out with Taylor.

Agree Tony. Still think we'll get Forster. A commanding centre half to play beside Jullien should be next.

Ralston, Hendry, Bolingoli and Bayo are all not good enough for our squad. Don't know enough about Perez or Connell but Shved and Arzani don't look to be in Lennon's plans. Crying out for a quality centre half in there.

Give away a multi million pound player for free? That's Sevco maths mate.
