A draw would have been more than fair today we had most of the play and missed 2 absolute sitters in naeda and engles, and was the hearts 2nd goal marginally offside because they've been given against us this season and the hearts lb very lucky to stay on the field for a 2nd yellow.

We were the better team but they had an edge up front. We were blunt and didn't make enough chances but those we did make we weren't clinical.

They had a couple of attempts on goal and scored 2.

Am I the only one who thinks it was crazy to give the team to a new manager with 3 big games. Why not just let MON finish off the 3 games then hand it over. New manager was always going to be disruptive. I just don't get it. Ill back Nancy but surely it was just common sense.

The best time was the Dundee match which was the start of 4 games in Glasgow especially after MON done the donkey work in those 3 hard away matches.

But the rumour is it saved the club compensation money after December 4th.

Today was a good time but our new Manager had an absolute Howler.
Roma will have a field day against that lineup today.
W. Nancy will then be under extreme pressure but it's his own inexperienced fault.

Many of us thought and said the same, It was possible that MON had stipulated he would only stay for a set period, but the timing was very badly managed by a Board who seem incapable of constructive ideas or intelligent decisions.

Our players have now had to adapt and adhere to three different managers in as many months and who can blame them for any adverse reaction to the turnover in team-talks. We have went from recovery to Russian Roulette in four days.

Listen to McFadden after the game he gets it spot on MON could of easily lost today and fans would be moaning why not install the new manager when he's ready
Nancy now has plenty games to access the players and hopefully gets backed in January

Hearts were always going to sit in and try a smash n grab job. They came not to get beat (sounds silly cause that's what most teams try lol) and try n grab something to hold onto. They knew that if Celtic won today that was probably the end of their title challenge.

Buzz agree to an extent but nancy never kicked the front door down and took the job by force . he was brought in by the board and grimsdale it's their fault we possibly have an inept inexperienced manager .

Today was a massive day for obvious reasons and it turned out to be a total disaster.

I feared the worst when I seen the lineup because I didn't want our Manager going in full pelt with his new formation because we doesn't have the players available yet for his preferred formation.
He showed why he's a rookie inexperienced Manager.

A good Manager will play a formation that suits the players he has available.
Our new Manager however wanted to put square pegs in round holes in a top of the table clash in his first match in charge.
That's a massive red flag for me after only one game which is very worrying.

I could understand if he took over from our last Manager with a couple of days notice and didn't know his new players but he has seen Celtic matches for the maximum of the last 6 weeks.
He knew more than what a new Manager normally would know and he still made an A*se of it.

Why does he think that playing Tounekti who hasn't won a tackle in his whole Celtic career was a good idea to play him as a wing back.
The amount of times he was in the left back position was frightening and he's the weakest player I've ever seen play for Celtic.

To think that Balikwisha can't get a game in front of Tounekti is also frightening.
Paul Tisdale should be sacked alone for paying decent cash for these two left wingers who are hopeless but also doesn't sign a right winger.

Paul Tisdale needs to be sacked before the January transfer window because he's massively out of his depth in a role he hasn't ever done before.
Which is another frightening fact.

It makes it even more frightening that Rookie Paul Tisdale has recommended Rookie W. Nancy to be our new Manager.

Tisdale has been set up as the patsy by our board if this goes wrong but I will be pointing the finger at the board.

Just back soaked to the skin having just witnessed all the good work by O'Neil and Maloney dismantled in 90 mins. Why change a working formation in your first game against your nearest challengers. Its going to be a disastrous December, said before the appointment it was madness bringing a new man in at such a crucial time.

O'Neil had built up a head of steam over the last 4 or 5 games and should of been kept in the job until January at least. What makes it infuriating is we would of won that game today if the change hadn't been made, that I have no doubt.

I highlighted this before Nancy came, that we did not have the wing backs to play this system. Same is true for CBs and attacking midfielders. It is baffling that the board thought he would be a good choice at this present moment.

That was terrible. Players did not know where they were meant to be and too many switches in game. I thought Tierney played well but some empty jerseys.

That board he was playing with was embarrassing. He will now find out that losing is not ok and winning is everything!

I don't even think Hearts are that good but we have made them look good in two games we have played them.

I was under the impression he had done his homework before coming on board. It would appear not. Tounetki on the left and Yang on the right was terrible for months. Yang moved to left made big improvement but Nancy goes back to what obviously wasn't working/ Bewildering!

Hatate looked to be coming back to form but I think he took one look at the early meaty challenges and ot was back to the empty shirt. Couldn't get rid of the ball quick enough.

Passing by the whole team was diabolical and once again we try and walk the ball into the net all day, rather than try some shots.

The lack of options on the bench is down to the board but the poor selection and alien set up is down to Nancy, continuing BR's square pegs in round holes to fit his system.

Hearts are not a good side and will continue to drop points against other teams. If the upcoming transfer window is anything like the last, the league will be a lottery!

Sorry Joe but the players are at fault they where rubbish. you still pass to a green and white shirt no matter the tactics or system in force or how long you've known a manager. does the manager deserve criticism yes.

i'll give him a free pass on this first game and reserve judgement on whether he he was naive arrogant or hopeless until the window . hopefully he or can he learn from this? . maybe a monopoly board next game.

It's embarrassing for a group of footballers, on both sides, as a top of the table clash, and neither team could actually pass a ball, the amount of passes going anywhere and everywhere was utter Sunday league after a skinful the night before, they get paid thousands and can't do the bloody basics.
