Do you mean siegrest? If so Is he actually any good or just a decent 30 second you tube reel . how many games apart from against us has anybody seen. myself none . imo he's a no 2 or 3rd choice for emergencies . that run of games for him you mention could lose us a league . gk is the position that we need to go all in to get the best we can when it's Time for hart to go.

A good goalkeeper is massive and that’s why Hart has been brilliant for Celtic.
We only need to remember, our 3 goalkeepers from the behind closed doors season, to realise how good Hart has been for Celtic.
I trust Ange and Stevie Woods with the decision about Hart for next season.

If Joe has the appetite and wants to stay I'd give him a contract until he's 40. He may not be no1 until he's 40 but the guy has been brilliant and a replacement coming in would benefit from Joe being here.

{Ed007's Note - Barkas has been one of the top 'keepers in Holland this year and I don't see us losing that much money in transfer fees when he is sold, Utrecht would love to sign him permanently but can't afford the deal.
Sometimes moves just don't work out, it doesn't mean the player is a bad player, Barkas is still pretty highly rated.}

I wish I had sent this before the R. B. L. game but I fear for the rest of the season if no change is forthcoming in goal. In the last 3 matches St Mirren Motherwell then last night the goalkeeping has been far below league standard let alone the C. L. This brings to mind Neil Lennons last season when he persevered with Scott Brown when clearly past it . Praying Ange sees it!

It’d destroy Harts confidence, unsettle the defence and create an issue out of nothing. Hart is better keeper. Hasn’t he earned the right to make a mistake or two?

Hart made some good saves and his mistake was just one of those things. Ange is right, it was our backs failure to find a player or the declining confidence to even try that saw them pass back far too often. Again this is an issue of defenders of a high enough calibre in the team. Jenz passing was utterly woeful far too many times. Bad passing from the back had them on top of us too often. Until we can improve the whole quality of our defence this will continue to be our headshot. We lost five goals. That should be enough for anyone to see we need better, it would make a nice change not having a bombscare defence who might be able to mostly deal with teams at home, but up the ante and they are exposed as nowhere near good enough at that level. Celtic deal with it in January.

Am I the only one or one of the few who would not want a D. O. F.? I'm sure Ange would not as he is VERY capable of running the club . I am sure that he would soon depart should the Club engage some nitwit to advise him on how to be successful! Leave him alone, I can't imagine anyone doing better, even Pep!
{Ed007's Note - What does Txiki Begiristain do? The days of a manager having sole control of a club are long gone and we wouldn't have ended up in the mess we did if we had a DOF when Rodgers left.
Why should Ange have to take on the responsibility of scouting, sports science department, the woman's & youth teams, the academy, contract negotiations, short, mid & long term planning for the Club moving forward etc etc.
Unless Celtic modernise the footballing department we will continue to fall apart every time a coach/manager leaves.
What happens to Celtic if Ange drops dead with a heart attack or is hit with a bus, what if he has to leave for family or personal reasons, how does the Club keep operating if we have all our eggs in the Ange basket?
Look around the world, ALL the big clubs operate with a DOF/Sporting Director or some other fancy job title that does the same job.}

Agree, Let them back with warning, one pyro one offensive banner, any fine from authorities from that section = all season tickets withdrawn, area reseated, tickets sold to fans on large waiting list ---- simple.

I have posted twice before along with some other fans on this subject, aindoe for one and been shot down . I will repeat once more our goalkeeper loses to many bad goals! I do not look forward to the champions league .
