According to sly sports news were having further talks with Brendan Rodgers today.

I thought David Moyes was in the frame for Celtic. On the other hand some people think he's heading to Wolves.

FOLLOWING some speculation regarding the appointment of a new Celtic manager, the facts are as follows:
The club has been and will be speaking to a number of candidates and we will take our time to go through this process thoroughly and in the proper manner. There is no 'preferred' candidate.
We will continue this process with the aim of identifying a new manager who we believe will deliver success to the club.
Clearly we will not be able to provide daily updates on this issue. However, our supporters will be the first to know when a new manager has been appointed.

there hardly gone come out and say BR or anyone else is the preferred candidate more likely there trying to keep media attention at bay and just incase a deal can't be done options are still open. and if everyone has known for about month ronny was leaving why haven't they already got new manager lined up especially since most names mentioned are unemployed!

Thanks Ed much appreciated ?.

{Ed007's Note - ?

Hi Ed could you clarify how the option to buy works? Does this mean players wages etc have already been agreed if we decide to take up the option?

Pc1967

{Ed007's Note - Yes, everything is agreed in principle but probably not finalised, say CVV or Jota has agreed to sign for us for £12k a week but come the summer with a few trophies won and the season they're having continuing his agent might try and get a few extra grand for his client.}

Who would like to see ki back in the hoops?

Pc1967

Cracking player but not to sure where he would fit.

2.) 24 Dec 2019 12:35:39
Not while we have Ntcham and Rogic as it's hard enough accommodating them - and hoping they might have a decent game.
However I would much prefer Ki and Wanyama, than the two above?

3.) 24 Dec 2019 12:53:51
If ki comes in rogic is finished.

4.) 24 Dec 2019 15:34:15
As opposed to Rogics fantastic year ready🙄.

5.) 24 Dec 2019 19:24:15
Thought Ki always slowed the play down too much
Not what we need now.

I wonder if Ann budge will have anything to say about her supporters that wer swinging punches and spitting on Sinclair? .

pc1967

come on

the "punch" as you put it was feigned …the fan was absolutely not intending to "land" and to say otherwise or think otherwise would be plain and simple bias …sinclair shouldn't have "left" the pitch first and foremost and in so doing invited a degree of controversy

great great goal mind you.

Paradisewon, you often post well, but please don't try to read the mind of Hearts fans, they got away with attacking our Manager once.

i agree about Rogic personally i think he's the better out the two cracking feet for a big lad an chips in with a few goals. Surely an extended contract must be top priority for the big man.

Surely Young Henderson deserves a chance to show what he can do in the hoops after doing well at Hibernian and Rosenberg. If not punt him! And I'm sure Bitton got tied down on a longer contract earlier this season an has done very little since.
