After having a bit of time to register things yesterday (and sober up😂) I think all we can do is give the new manager ange all the backing possible as we can't afford to be making what's already a tough job for the guy even harder before he's even in the door! And to be honest I like what I'm reading about him and his tactics/ approach sound perfect for us, also plenty folk who know him certainly hold him in high regard so we shall see! Could end up a good appointment! Have a nice weekend everyone HH.
