Joe Hart should shut up.
We all know mikey is an amazing player it's his final ball which has always been his weakness and his greed with the ball. Whatever he does in training he can't seem to replace it on the field.
Not that long ago I'm sure mikey played inside a bit I thout he was tremendous his passing was amassing his final ball was bang on then he wants glory himself and ruins it. Yes he is injury prone he's had years to fill out muscle up etc as it improve his game. But same old.

I'd rather have a team of guys who have each other's backs and stick together when one of them is having a tough time. I don't think MJ will make it at Celtic in the long term but until he leaves the club, that togetherness is exactly what I want to see from the squad.

Johnstone is not celtic class, how long do we give him he's 23 now for god sake, mcgeady was ripping the league up at that age, he's constantly injured and a gyst iv would would blow him over.

I'm not disagreeing with you about Mikey Johnston mate, only the message the players put out in the media. I'm sure deep down Joe Hart has probably seen enough to know he probably won't be a Celtic player long-term but knowing that internally is fine as long as you make the right noises in public.

I think you are going a bit far with hate Auf I see it as an opinion as how they rate him as a player I personally think he has something in him as a player but not at Celtic but that is just my opinion but I certainly don't hate him and I would wish him all the success IF he was to move on.

Have read in many forums. The word hate directed at MJ, it's disgraceful. Then folk saying players should shut up defending the boy pathetic. Joe Hart will have a better knowledge of MJ situation than any social media mastermind. Maybe MJ is finished at celtic but it's not just because he's not hit the gym. The exact opposite is the truth he's tried everything to push his career to the next level.

I don't think Mikey needs to build himself up, I don't want him knockig players over, he's good enough and fast enough to get past his defender, it's when he gets past his man he let's himself down. It's his decision making thereafter that I have issues with. Put in an early ball, no take on another player and then another until he loses the ball or shoots when a pass is on. I think he is trying too hard to please the fans by scoring, make a good pass, set up a shooting chance or a goal and we'll be happy. If he gets that in his head he can be a cracking wee player. At 23 he should already know this.
