Stewart Reagan say it's about a rivalry between clubs which shows how far offf tjhe mark the SFA are on this issue.
It's about ensuring clarity to learn from previous mistakes and making sure this doesn't happen again
Also about stripping some titles as well. . ha ha.

I'm all for independent reviews into what went on but with Hibs and Aberdeen bottling it I don't like how increasingly likely it is for Celtic to foot the entire bill for such an enquiry.

It beats me what these clubs are afraid of in having an independent enquiry.
If an enquiry arrives at the truth of everything that has gone on over the years in Scottish football then how on earth can that not benefit the game in Scotland and ensure that things change.
It looks to me as if the attitude of the SFA and the clubs is that nothing needs to change, as long as everything is kept hidden then all is well.
This should be dealt with by UEFA or FIFA, when you have a governing body (the SFA) who are only interested in protecting one club then they are morally bankrupt and should be held to account.
The sad thing in all this, is that one club and their lackeys at the SFA can manipulate the other clubs into refusing to even have an investigation into past wrongdoings far less actually doing anything to put them right.
Somehow the English premier league doesn't seem so bad after all.

I think its getting close to a (bhoycott) of any club that the chairman says he is backing the SFA over An independent review shame for the fans of the other clubs.

Fergus took them on alone and succeed eventually in getting rid of JF. Hopefully Lawell takes this all the way after Regan basically calling him a conspiracy theorist. The evidence is overwhelming since the courts where done with Whytes trial. As for the other bad clubs he'll mend them when the fans stop going. Their chairmen won't back it but many fans are open to an investigation into the toxic relationship between Rfc and the sfa.
