Is it just me or was Hatate torn faced last night? Hope he hasn't thrown his toys out with Kyogo, Daizen and Cal getting new contracts. If he doesn't go this window he will be by Xmas imo. don't want unhappy players moping about.

I read a journalist was with the Celtic camp on their Japanese tour and he was very impressed with Brendan Rodgers.
He mentioned it looked like Brendan had a good relationship with his players and they were responding with loads of effort.

He also said it was like watching a “master at work” transforming training session drills into proper games.

There is no chance Hatate wasn’t offered an extension when Kyogo and Maeda were.

The bottom line is he’s the only one of his countrymen not to sign up.

Good player a very good player but he’s not McStay.

{Ed007's Note - I've been saying the same thing, JFP, Hatate would have been offered a new deal when they were getting given out especially as Kyogo & Maeda got them to stave off interest and reward their success.
Until a new deal for Hatate is announced I'll be worrying up until the window closes that he could leave.
I'll be pleasantly surprised if both Hatate and Strafelt are both still here by the time the window closes.}

I hope the urgency that we had under ange is still there. Noticed a few times at thow ins, taylor quickly got the ball but there was no movement from anyone to receive.

I find it a we bit funny to know that our manager, his da was my grandas good mate he was from carinlough and I think his das name is malachy. But the story's he told me about him and his da was so funny. The things they done at I couldn't post out, but he was maent to be bit of a headcase lol and I have a few mates from the newlodge North belfast who is related and he was in 1 of our local bars okanes its called sadly I wasn't there fs lol but his brother used 2 own 1 of my other locals, and says he was going to be manager again, just wasn't soon enough to put a we bet on it worth the odds.

I agree with your observations on Hatate, JFP and Ed.

If BR brings in a midfielder over the next week or so (Swiss lad? ) that could well provide the answer and although it's early doors, the young Norwegian player, Holm, looks like he could be very good.

As you said JFP, he ain't no Paul McStay, the best thing to come out of Larkhall by a country mile.
