I have to say that so far another underwhelming window.
We have had plenty of time to recruit players so I don't buy into "theres plenty of time to go" argument.
We are going into CL qualifiers without a recognised RB. how can that happen at a club like ours.
We are going into these games with the same squad. how many times can we keep asking these players to keep up the standards we look for without giving them help.
There are areas that need addressed all over the park.
Hopefully there will be signings to come sooner rather than later.

A RB will come in hopefully asap and thrifty Lawell will be looking for another RB that can play CH too.

With you Jim. A centre back was the absolute minimum needed, along with the elusive right back. But we've been piling up bills for several windows and a marquee signing or the equivalent across two positions is sorely wanted.

I guess there's no point in having the spending power unless we have the manager and medium-term strategy in place to utilise it. A quality CAM would be my preference but I fancy Christie to have a belting season.

Some people are never happy. The board are actively trying to get players in, we have signed a decent CB, signed a player that can operate anywhere on left side, were unfortunate not to sign Turnbull and finally got compper off wage bill!

We knew we needed an overhaul and are not just panic buying. Board have done well so far and more players will come.

I am disappointed we released Lustig without having a quality replacement as this is a key area, overdue for resolving.
However, we have been pretty proactive since the window opened, with the early Turnbull attempt unfortunately ended and the signing of Jullien, Bolingoli and Connell, while we have been busy on the reverse side by released several surplus players - freeing up cash.
There is still time to bring in the players we need, but they need to fit the profile, the budget and the class required and we may have considerable additional funds to do this if we sell?

We have a signed a solid centre half and a very good left sided player. As one of the guys said u lucky with Turnbull I think it’s a bit early to be Criticising the board. Young Luca has also been added.

Lenny knows what he wants and I have the faith in the club to make the right moves.

If the amount of signings that the sevies have made are causing people to attack the board on here they should take some chill pills. The players Celtic have added are far superior and I believe more will join them.

2 rb’s and a striker and I think we are sets anything else will be a bonus.

I totally agree with you, I personally think we should have kept Lustig until we had back up, I thought our fans and our club were harsh on Lustig as he never complained and he always tried his heart out, he never ever got the credit he deserves the man loved the club and deserved another contract he even said himself he wanted to stay but they had no plans for him, does anyone else agree.

We tried to keep lustig but he want 3 years and we where only prepared to offer 1 year. can't blame board for that.

The fact we let Lustig go makes it more of a cert we will sign a RB. The big man just couldn’t cut it pace wise anymore. We need better and we need it asap.
