Celtic dominated as usual without creating too many clearcut chances.
Kyogo and Abada both missed 2nd half sitters, with the latter coming in the 89th minute.
Joe Hart never had a single save to make in the whole match.

Totally dominated but kyogo misses some amount of sitters, abada as well but kyogo misses too often great pen save from Joe.

I can’t believe I missed the penalties.
The last 30 minutes changed to a Japanese channel and I switched off at the end of the 90 minutes.
At least I didn’t miss much. ?‍♂️.

I was thinking the same Mally about the amount of sitters Kyogo misses.

Same old bottling it in front of goal. We need at least two strikers to come in because on the bigger stages Kyogo and Gio s hite it. Kyogo missed another absolute sitter and it’s clear why Japan never took him to Qatar. He has shat it in every big game. Gio penalty again utterly woeful. Overall play at times good, but our strikers aren’t good enough when we go up a level and this morning re-emphasised that. Ange needs to sort this in January. Feel sorry for Ange as this tour was about him, but when your strikers continually bottle it then there in no option but to replace them. I must admit I thought we would lose precisely due to having zero faith our strikers would score. If we did score I thought it would be a midfielder as every big game this season Kyogo and Gio just haven’t been good enough and it has cost us dearly. Need a strong window to address these glaring issues putting the ball away.

Like you buzz I lost the wise words of tam to find Mrs Chen's love hour. I'm no mandarin linguist but I'm not sure she was watching the mighty hoops at all but boy could she sing. Anyway. did we win as I couldn't work it out over the tractor noise.

Back up again because I can’t get to sleep.
It must be brutal for our overseas supporters, who get up through the night regularly to watch Celtic.
I’ve still to see the penalties but Joe has now faced 11 penalties in the last 4 weeks and he’s only saved One.
( he was unlucky against Hearts, which had to be retaken )

I still think it was a worthwhile experience and Celtic deserved better results from the Tournament.
Celtic were forced to make only 9 clearances in the Tournament and our opponents combined, made over 60 clearances against Celtic.
( 5 clearances against Sydney and only 4 against Everton )
But it had that European feel to the Tournament due to our poor finishing.
Our strikers were wasteful again but I’m surprised how our midfielders continue to also struggle to score goals this season.
I’ve highlighted the lack of goals this season from midfield.
It’s a strange one because our midfielders are not shy to shoot.
Maybe the midfield goals will come in the 2nd half of the season, similar to last season.

Only 8% of our goals this season, have come from midfield ( 5 out of 62 )
But 45% have came from our wingers ( 28 goals from 62 )

We are in the semi final of the first cup competition nine points clear at the top of the league, that’s all I am interested in, not a couple of money making friendlies that mean nothing other than a few million pounds in the bank.

I said it before, our strikers score in the SPL but don't take the same chances in CL and now in a couple of friendlies but let's not forget it was just another friendly. Me I am happy that our goals come from all over the park and confident Kyogo and GG will continue to score for us. It is definitely not time to push the panic button.
