With ange saying last week we ain't signing a goalie and now Hart meant to be signed. Who is actually in control of our transfers?

What about the three below names that would improve Celtic.
Nisbet, Boyle, Souttar.

Souttar and Nesbit are young Scottish players on our doorstep, I cannot believe that we are not looking to be signing these players.

Ange would know of Boyle from the Australian set up.

Maybe I am wrong, but I think that they are waiting to sell Edouard before they commit to making signings.

I find it hard to believe ange said we wouldn’t sign a keeper…… along with the whole defence, we’ve keepers that are the worst we’ve had in history……. Anytime I’ve heard ange speak he comes across very well, and he’d sound the complete idiot if he reckoned we didn’t need a new keeper.
