We have spent approx £12m this window. A wasted £12m imo. Barkas doesn't look the part and Ajeti and Turnbull are squad players at best. Surely that money would have been best put towards Forster.

If there are players who don't want to be here then don't play them. Bitton has to play at CB otherwise we will continue to leak goals.

{Ed007's Note - How could we have used the money on Forster when the player didn't want to come back? You've written off the 'keeper after 3 games and has been at a new club in a new country for 31 days, Ajeti has hardly played any games and didn't have a preseason while Turnbull is one of the top 2 young midfielders in Scotland (along with Lewis Ferguson) and will offer a lot more to the team than Rogic.
Do you remember we signed that Larsson guy who looked a complete diddy when he first came in and people were thanking God he hadn't cost us the £2 million he could have?
Maybe we should have used the money to get a decent manager/coach and an experienced Director of Football in.}

Do you think there's any chance we could go for ferguson? He hasn't ever really stood out against us but he does seem to get rave reviews against other teams.

{Ed007's Note - I'd like to think that when he is leaving Aberdeen we'll be in for him - it would be a big mistake not to be - as we should always be trying to sign the best young Scottish talent.}

Yeah i agree with that Ed. If they've proved it already in the league and are still young enough to develop further then I'm all for it.
I think the team is going to look a lot different at the start of next season, with 10 in the bag or not.

I didn't say the players we signed were diddies ed, I said Ajeti and Turnbull will be squad players at best. Who would we drop for them otherwise? Edouard? Christie? . The last I heard Forster wanted a permanent move and not another loan but if you know otherwise then I stand corrected👍.

{Ed007's Note - Celtic agreed to a permanent deal for Forster next summer so what difference would it make if he was here on a loan for another year on his subsidised Pub League wages. It was excuse after excuse with him and I doubt he would have came back up here even if we had wanted to do a permanent deal this summer.
If Ajeti was fit he would have started on Wedneday, do you really think he left sitting on West Ham's bench to sit on ours? Ajeti will have been given assurances of game time. Turnbull will also have received assurances about game time and if either or both Christie and Ntcham leave he will take their position. I don't think you realise how good a player Turnbull is.}

We should have done this with McGinn, brought him in and straight into the team, made Brown, non playing captain, for emergency use only, and the team would be completely different by now, but that's in the past, now we have Turnbull, and people talk about him as a squad player, unbelievable!, he should be in the team as a regular, as should Ntcham, but they won't and this team will continue to stagnate, unless Lenny comes to his senses.

We should have used money for a new manager, my choice would have been Nuno Espirito Santos from Wolves. Recently reported Wolves had upped his money to £5 million a year. Surely we could pay that after wasting so much money on transfers on projects or people we won't play.
I know your choice was Bielsa and either would do me, that is the sort we should be aiming for.
I think Lennon will be away at the end of this season regardless of whether we win 10iar or not.
