Guys, if you press the red button how does that go? I just said to 007 that I'm happy with Celtic right now, but I want to pump Lisa Hague.

McAvennie

{Ed007's Note - What???}

1.) 22 Jan 2020 19:52:50
I just wanted to say I am happy with Celtic. I also want to pump Lisa Hague. I wanted to wind you up is all Ed. Sorry.

{Ed007's Note - 😂😂😂 Each to their own mate, I used to have a bit of a thing for Cherie Blair & Hilary Clinton, oh and Judy Finnigan.}

2.) 22 Jan 2020 20:01:35
Judy Finnigan? I don't feel so dirty now.

{Ed007's Note - 😁

3.) 22 Jan 2020 20:12:42
My number one fantasy is Leslie Joseph. Nothing more to add.

{Ed007's Note - Ooooft!}

4.) 22 Jan 2020 20:36:48
Exactly ed, only in our dreams.

{Ed007's Note - Or their dreams 😂

5.) 22 Jan 2020 20:58:32

6.) 22 Jan 2020 21:46:55

I can't believe how hard it's been for Celtic to wake to feck up. I couldn't care less about Europa League by the way. I'm trying not to over react to things right now. Hail Hail.

I miss Celtic so much just now. I was just wanting to jog everyone's memory about the home leg against Tirol Innsbruck. One of my favourite games and led us to another cracker against Liverpool 97/ 98.
Hail Hail.

It brings out that question. Against which club did Larsson score his first and last goals at Celtic Park?
I was listening to that game on the radio, sitting in a hospital bed. That was an experience having 3 sets of eyes on me going mental to raging to going mental again.

2.) 29 Apr 2020 12:34:25
Dundee utd?

3.) 29 Apr 2020 12:52:10
It was Celtic Augustus. Larsson scored an own goal for Tirol and then scored against Celtic for Barcelona.

4.) 29 Apr 2020 23:33:13
Buzz im using that in ma family zoom quiz on friday. Cheers.

I want to know everyone else's opinion on Greg Taylor. I have my own positive opinion and expect him to improve further. While we are all in lockdown and there is feck all football, are there any Prince fans on here?

McAvennie

1.) 24 Mar 2020 00:01:56
Never mind about Prince my dogs want to go for a walk and I'm in fear to take her out in case i get lifted 😫.

2.) 24 Mar 2020 01:04:24
He's a decent player but not sure he's what we need. I don't think he's strong enough going forward but to be fair he wasn't that type of player at Kilmarnock. He's better than Bolingoli and Hayes but I think it's a position we need to look at.

3.) 24 Mar 2020 07:53:27
Johnny Hayes has just been given a new contract so I could see that as possibly the exit door for Bolingoli in the summer leaving Taylor first choice and Hayes as back-up?

4.) 24 Mar 2020 08:23:37
I think Taylor is currently a good player and he will become an excellent player for us. He's young, he's determined and he has genuine potential. HH.

5.) 24 Mar 2020 08:55:59
Stevie it’s like the jail your allowed out for exercise once a day and nobody has said we can’t take the dug just stick to social distancing norms if you pass somebody and keep the dog on a lead so he doesn’t force you into contact if he chases another mutt for example .

6.) 24 Mar 2020 09:00:16
I like him, I think if we played 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 he'd be regarded the best left back in the league because he's the best at winning the ball back and recycling possession.

Where he falls down is in the final third. His crossing isn't where it needs to be and he's been caught out too high up the park a few times.

I actually think he can work on both these things and be a really good full back for us after a good preseason and a bit more experience.

There's bigger issues to resolve in the starting XI over the next 18 months, but if he's not improved by the end of next season I'll say it's time for him to move on.

7.) 24 Mar 2020 10:07:51
Wow I am lucky i didn't jump in there as I was going to say I loved his early work but his last few albums were a little off the mark! PHEW, sure glad I waited!

8.) 24 Mar 2020 11:33:54
Av said on here I like Taylor and stand by it. he needs time to develope he's joined a massive club and finding his feet and getting stronger.

I have been trying to keep myself calm, but I wonder. Is that win over Aberdeen the moment we clinched the title? I said after the window closed that I was happy with the squad and I very much still am. Don't get me wrong a secret part of me was willing Livi on! As it stand though, very happy Bhoy this is. Hail Hail.

McAvennie

1.) 17 Feb 2020 18:09:48
Was definitely a Champions type ugly win. Its ours to lose now but still taking it week by week with one eye on their score!

2.) 17 Feb 2020 19:17:21
Think if we can beat Killie, Livi and St Mirren and avoid defeat against the Rangers that'll be that and hopefully the board doesn't bottle it and demand we play our fair share of home games vs the top 6. Tricky run with EL and cup games in there too so it'll be tough to juggle all those games.

3.) 18 Feb 2020 10:09:29
I still remember big Ajer scoring against Motherwell from RB and thinking that was a marker. Anyway I love Celtic, I always did during the cheating years of the old dead club. Hail Hail.

10 Feb 2020 16:19:12
Ed, I pressed the big button and I got no reply. I hope in future my posts go up faster.

McAvennie

{Ed007's Note - The big button has nothing to with me, it says:

"If you have a question for Ed1, press the big button, but it is answered in a podcast in about 8 weeks time."}

1.) 10 Feb 2020 17:05:03
That's a good answer Ed. Fair enough and Hail Hail.

{Ed007's Note - 👍

For every fiver Celtic spend the new club will do what the dead club did and spend a tenner. I still can't believe they bought that wee twat for so much based on a wimpy attempted punch.

Good to have you back and on form Ed007. I would have to admit Ferguson never entered my mind, due to family ties to the dead Ibrox club. Hail Hail.

McAvennie

{Ed007's Note - Thanks mate 👍 The Ferguson family aren't like that, their mum is a lovely women and Barry's wife and their oldest kid at least (maybe all 3 of them) are Catholics and went to Celtic Park with Maggie's dad on season tickets bought by Barry.}

Brilliant post United Ireland. I totally agree with you.
We are a Europa level team at best and I for one just want us to get up to speed and get this League won in style.

Exactly Stevie, try explaining that to the zombie horde tho. They would have kept shipping goals and points if the season continued.
