For me its more negative. I love the guy but the world cup is similar level to CL. Particularity against zee Germans. You can see he's no got the legs anymore. My 2 biggest asks is a RB on par with KT and a strong CB.

{Ed007's Note - If it's similar to CL level what's happened to Messi and all his Argentian CL level team mates? How many of the German squad are what we'd call CL level players and they've really struggled?
International football to me is more comparable to the Scottish Cup or FA Cup in that anything can happen in any one-off particular game, Brazil losing 7-1 to Germany is prime example. Every game is played as a one off cup tie and the CL isn't like that although bigger teams still know they can rest players and qualify, like the CL, like the SCottish Cup or FA Cup.
I think I've just contradicted myself there so I'll shut up :)

Ed, i think your bang wrong. You genuinely want to compare playing Germany, current World Cup holders to the Scottish Cup? i get the point your making but i don't think it fits imo. My point is that the players Lusting was facing tonight were of the calibre of regular CL quality and in that imo he struggled. Anyone can see that. I agree with most of your points, your normally on the mark. But your way off on that one.

I compared the opposition Lustig was facing i. e. the German national team and current World Cup holders who scored 43 goals in qualifying to the CL quality. Not Iran, Tunisia or Panama bud. Like i said b4, i see the point your trying to make, but its not fitting here.
