Just watching the Rio Ferdinand programme, heartbreaking, a very brave thing to do, i hope it helps more men to seek help in troubled times, no one should feel alone in this world. Keep going big man, football fans from all clubs are right behind you, best centre half in modern times. God bless you.

Watching same program. A brave thing to do. He looks a bit lost then you see Darren Clarke and it does prove that you can come out the other side but getting there is difficult. Rio looks like a really nice genuine guy that you would want as your mate. Well done Rio. God Bless.

It's interesting seeing how other people handle it to get an insight I lost my wife last month to lung cancer and it's just me and my wee boy I don't have that privilege of speaking to other people but what I will say is I've had great friends rallying round especially with wee man and his disabilities haven't brought myself to watch Rio Ferdinand yet but fair play to him for speaking out.

{Ed007's Note - I'm really sorry to hear about your wife, Graham, that's such a shame and my thoughts and prayers are with you all. God bless you, your son and the rest of the family during what I can only imagine is a truly awful time in all of your lives, Take care buddy.}

Graham there are no words we can say that help you right now. Its like why is life going on for everyone else but my life and my boys life is so different. You just feel lost and that's how it is for a time. You never forget but if you can add some good memories into your day and your boys day then it helps. Take care and so sorry to learn of your loss. Hugs for your boy.
