Nice to see that VVD's agent is making all the right noises this morning. Well, Mr. Chin, he'll not be going anywhere unless it's on our terms, money grabbing prick. I hate agents.

Agents along with Sky Tv have fkd the game. i'm not bothered if he goes at end of season, good player but would rather have 11 players on park who want to be here.

Agents usually speak with players blessing, but who knows? Maybe no getting in World Cup squad was enough for vvd to seek pastures new?

Totally DN. Did he grow up a hoops fan? No. Is he destined for a better league than ours? Yes. But they're like Rasputin at times agents. Little whispers here and there, or even public statements like Chin's. Half of them would rather misguide their players into joining bog standard clubs facing relegation for the sake of lining their own pockets. Granted, I think Virgil can go to the top. Agents talking to the press like this though, clearly angling for moves, really boils my p!ss. Virgil's probably going to be a wee bit embarrassed walking into training.

@jimtim I agree mate. They would much rather line their pockets than see any player on their books win medals. Its a bit convenient the timing of all this, coming into final phase of season.

I've likened him to David Luiz in ways before but now he's supposedly been snapped having dinner with him at Stamford Bridge? I doubt Chelsea would be so stupid so they're probably just sharing tips on perming and recommending wet look jels. He probably is away this summer isn't he. Sigh.

Big Virgil is far too good to be stuck marking the likes of John Sutton and Kris Boyd when he showed in Europe he can hold his own against the very best. He has the potential to be a genuine world class centre back. I would be worried if he didn't want to move to a higher level tbh and I'd wish him all the best if he moved on. A lot of folk on here forget that most of the players are not Celtic fans and don't share the same love for the club that we do
