One for ed or buzz . how much on wages do you reckon we are wasting per year on players not good enough or squad players at best .

Celtic are not wasting as much as we would expect.

Siegrist £15k per week
McCarthy £14k
Lagerbielke £14k
Nawrocki £12k
OH £9k
Kobayashi £8k
Bain £7k
Palma £6k
Yang £6k
Bernardo £6k
Scales £5k
Holm £5k
Tilio £4k
Kwan £2k
Young Kelly is only on £30k per annum basic although he will sign a new and improved contract soon.

The Celtic recruitment was terrible this season but it was done on the cheap and it isn’t a disaster.
( maybe a disaster if it hands Sevco the title )

Again, at the time of negotiations, Siegrist was expected to be at the very worse completing for the position of first choice goalkeeper with another goalie not yet signed .
When Joe Hart was signed many of us were not convinced that he was much better than we had . However Joe Hart proved to be far better than we expected Siegrest found himself not used and he seems to have been a bit of a loose canyon, to say the least . He doesn’t seem to have been available for playing much over the last couple of years . With the possible non availability of Siegrist maybe we aren’t paying £15k per week .
Kwan £2k per week, I wonder are we still paying part of his wages.
