Now that the transfer window has slammed shut, how about a poll (just below) as to who everyone would like to see as the front man/pairing.
Also who do you think will score the most goals between now and the end of the season?

Mctavish in a loan deal the player still gets paid whatever his contract is, the clubs negotiate who pays how much. He won't get any extra for going to an English club. It would more than likely just be they would cover his wages, whereas Celtic wouldn't pay it all.
Not that I suspect a deal was ever close for us.

Morrison clearly has a honking attitude or something along those lines. Another player who believed the hype, but has done nothing to back it up. He's played about 20 games in the last 3 years.
Everyone was doing their nut when Ballotelli was mentioned. He's akin.
It's like Berahino. They want 20 mil for a player who's doing the square root of hee haw. But I digress.

It is a disgrace like.
The fact that Italy is getting 4 teams in despite the fact they often struggle to get their third placed team though the qualifiers shows the desperation.
The continued corruption and questionable decisions made by FIFA and UEFA is a joke.
Every other federation/ association should just decline to join next year and let 'the big four' have their own little tournament. See how they get on with that. But unfortunately money talks and teams would rather have a small bit of a big pie, no matter if it is just the crumbs or even licking the plate.

I'd love to same him get some game time over the next few months. But do we really want to throw him in, to have a bad game, and him to turn into the scapegoat of de jour?
If we are going to start blooding in youngsters, then the fans need to start showing a lot more patience towards them, and not get on their back after a mistake or two. They are young and learning.

Any starting team with Forrest in it needs looked at. Once players are fit, he will be an impact sub from the bench, and even then I hope sparingly.
I personally don't see Toure playing every game this season once others are fit, but will be interesting to see BRs ideas at centre half.
Don't see the days of a 5m quid right back anytime soon, but you can but dream.
A bench with 4 defenders in it is horribly unbalanced.
Also, all this hate for Janko is outrageous. And people wonder why young players don't get brought through trams. Yes he had an awful game in our biggest game of the year, but who didn't? And who was the player in front of him that should have been supporting him, but instead spent the game running about with his arms out like a headless chicken?
