In todays game we had 70% possession, 17 shots with 7 on target and still at 1 nil, it was a bit of a nailbiter until the final whistle with County hitting the bar.

Palma's penalties were embarrassing and in a closer game that could be the difference between a win and dropped points.

But it's been the story of so many games this season, plenty of possession, good play and several shots but an inability and posdible lack of quality to put teams away.

Wee Kyogo runs his socks off in his deeper starting position and gets little in return, in some cases the service he receives is worse than my local takeaway.

The summer transfer window was a disaster and many of us were hoping, with £72M in the bank, that a couple of key positions would be addressed to ensure we had better options for the title run in.

So far that hope is just that, we've brought in a winger, probably the last position we required another body in, and I can't help but think the board are gambling not only with the 60M we'd get for retaining our title and CL qualification but BR telling them to poke it.

Irrespective of some fans views of our Manager, our board went to him when Ange skipped out the door after the SC final last season, infact they flew out to Spain to presumably sell him the dream.

There's no doubt in my mind we're still favourites for the title but this season is far closer than it needed to be at this stage.

I thought the ball looped over the bar at the end.

It’s getting embarrassing now for Brendan because our Board are making him look weak.

Brendan previously told us all, what we needed and what he wanted, in previous interviews.

But now he’s been forced to play someone he clearly doesn’t rate at left back.

This is how Rodgers walked the last time. no investment and this time there is no Epl team to save him. this board cares more about project signings and the smell off money than they do the team and the fans. if we lose the league then hell should follow with Sack The Board. been sung at every game. time to make the board listen and screw their stubbornness at not signing quality players when we need them.

Every managers knows that no Board can guarantee him to get all the players he wants within a specific window. . I imagine most would normally expect more of the players B R wanted, but this window has been exceptionally difficult. Players away in Africa Cup and Asia . These players or the players replacing those at the finals are obstructing the purchase of players we may be interested. It’s noticeable that Brendan seems to be talking how difficult it is and everyone is working hard . It is vital for BR that Celtic signs players, yet BR remains calm and the fans shout and rave.
