Not generally a fan but thought Gordon played well today. came off his line and took a few high balls. Held on despite getting hit too. Anybody whose played in goal knows how hard that is. Great save from the fat Colombian as well but no one on the commentary seems to notice that Kenny manky miller clearly pushed big Jozo before he headed it back into the danger area.

funny when miller rattled the ball of el griffalos huge arse and he turned to go mental at the ref only to realise it was his own player who did it.

I'm a critic of Gordon, but his save was exceptional and even more so, if you consider he was a spectator for at least three quarters of the game.

Andy walker is a total balloon. He said "look at the size of that hurdle he has to Leap over" naturally he would have stepped over it but a dishonest striker would deliberately try and take advantage of it and throw himself to the ground and flick the head back which is was Moronos did and surely got nothing. I bet Pedros prematch comments on keeping tabs on bad refereeing descisions didn't help his cause. It looked like Thomson had a pretty good game to me by his usual standards.
