Yes we all know he's not the best but too many posts blaming Ambrose for that defeat. Have a word with yourselves. He is not the reason we lost that game tonight.

The defence was'nt the reason that Celtic lost the game, the reason was the midfield was not creative or dominant, remember the opposition was part time, BR might be able to bring in cover for the centre of defence, but if he keeps relying on Brown, Biton, Johansen (when he's fit) , Forrest and plays Griffiths out on the wing, we're doomed.

Calm down we just got beat by a bunch if waiter's, I have faith Rodgers will turn things round but to say calm down after watching that is definitely the wrong response, we have no structure the current team is not good enough, I would rid 6 to 7 of that team tonight, the same guys that beat them is most probably serving ther drinks tonight embarrassing.

I agree but I do think Efe needs to leave, the pressure he is under is intolerable we couldn't expect anyone to play well with that level of scrutiny. In saying that you are right there was far more wrong with the team than just him. Rogic gave the ball away all night, Christie on that performance seems further away from the player we thought he might be, Biton although talented slows the play too much and overall we were too pedestrian with the same over passing we seen last year. Hopefully BR will be able to work this out of the system and get us playing quicker and when necessary more directly. We will win comfortably next week though.

Before Biton had a good run of games I didn't see him pass the bal square or forward. That sems to be his narural mode, and if he's worth keeping we need someone in there with the lubo-like pass. Only johanson on his day has anything at all. Wales were found out badly lacking Ramsey's link up play and so for me that's the priority position: and an expensive one to fill.

I agree with the four of you . We had very few players that could have any pride in their performance tonight . It looked like a pre- season friendly and no player got stuck in to make the game his own . As far as I can see Ambrose is always left one to one on an attacker in front of our goals . Why is he not covered and why is it not the other defender who picks up the lone striker .
That team didn't have the ability to isolate their attacker on Ambrose, it was more of the case that Erik didn't pick -up striker
Ambrose gets too much abuse, deserved or otherwise from the Celtic crowd and would be better gone.
