Is it just me or is anyone else getting fed up listnin and reading about this club or that club wanting guedetti! I'm sick of hearing it! I wish he would bugger off just now and I don't care where! He's done nothing in the past 6 months! And I for one will not miss him one bit.at the start I thought we had a really top class striker here, but it's went the same as it went for him at every other club he's been at! Starts well then fades away! I wouldn't even put him in the squad til the end of the season! Let's concentrate on players who want to actually be there!

Bit harsh in my opinion, can hardly blame him for other teams offering him a contract (have we?), hardly played recently but still our top scorer, still think he could come good for us, his link up play set up the 2 goals against Partick then dumped on the bench again

Still think the guy has to high an opinion of himself! There's no chance of him coming good because he'll be off next month! Just a bit sick of hearing about feyenoord or whoever else wanting him! And him being our top goalscores still says more for our other strikers than it does him! We've been rotten in the striking department this season!

His body language for weeks has been one of disinterest in Celtic and if we had more reliable striking options I don't think he would be near the first team.
We gave him an excellent opportunity to get match fit and restart his career, but he is too easily distracted and very immature, seeking and attracting negative publicity.
This is a crucial time for the club as the games are thick and fast with plenty at stake every week and we need committed grafters and winners to play for our team.

Guidetti is the opposite of nearly all the players at Celtic . Players like Brown, Griffiths
Izzy, Briton are among the many who have improved.
Guidetti who came in a blaze of glory and acclaimed by many as our new striking sensation , as regressed from his early season form when we all wanted him signed as soon as possible .
Maybe Guidetti shows just how hard it is to pick up a young good striker on the cheap.

I thought we was going to be great. 22 and scoring for fun. But I agree with some of the other posts, he seems to have a bigger ego than is deserved. I can't understand his mentally in wanting to play for a middle of the road Dutch club as apposed to a club like celtic. I think the boy has an attitude problem, he will regret it in later years. We will probably read about it in his auto

Markie I think its a case of Guidetti wanting to go to Dutch league hoping he can hit 20 goals in 23 games form again, making him look good and use feyenoord as a stepping stone for a megabucks move. Story in The Sun adds some plausibility to this theory of greed, as his move is already in doubt due to demands for astronomical signing on fee.

Im not buying this nonsense chris02 is saying that it is hard to pick up a good striker on the cheap. There are plenty out there. Gary Hooper cost us about £2.3m (i think) and there are plenty more examples out there.

DN 30 . It's very easy for you to make that shout , but different Managers at Celtic have found it difficult . I can only remember Gary Hooper as a good striker bought by Celtic in the last 8 / 10' years at little money and doing a good job . However you wouldn't count him as he came in Lennon's time .

Chris02 no credit where credit is due. Lennon did well signing Gary Hooper. Downhill signings striker wise from there untill Griffiths (good spl striker and best we have at moment).

Fair play to youDN 30'. Praise from you to Lennon is praise indeed .
Just about Griffiths been a good SPL striker , that's good enough for me as we play more Spl games than all the rest put together every season .

I think good strikers , improve with confidence , Griffiths has been a confident striker with us since the turn of the year . I think if we were playing European football just now and if he was getting good service he would score regularly in Europe . Too often our strikers don't perform in Europe because of lack of service and us not in control of the game .
With that been the case most strikers would struggle .
