Benkovic in the stand tonight ๐Ÿ‘€.

1.) 30 Aug 2018 21:55:39
Will be quite a few signings tomorrow, stand by your beds, Griffiths looked a bit annoyed, injured?

2.) 30 Aug 2018 22:05:21
Not a crazy rumour either bhoy1der, it's a fact. HH.

3.) 30 Aug 2018 22:07:43
Saw the picture, definitely him!

4.) 30 Aug 2018 22:25:31
Griff did go straight down tunnel after coming off. reappeared on bench though few mins later. hopefully just a precaution.

5.) 30 Aug 2018 22:30:34
If Moussa stays, mulumba signs, benkovic signs and full back and midfielder signs, ok window?

6.) 30 Aug 2018 22:30:49
Prob just to check hairline, broony rubbed it pretty hard.

7.) 30 Aug 2018 22:37:49
Loan deal benkovic all but done, hope itโ€™s benkovic and not berkovic.

8.) 30 Aug 2018 22:38:02
He was changing a nappy.

9.) 30 Aug 2018 22:43:54
Might just have needed a dump?

10.) 30 Aug 2018 22:44:37
Ya he looked pissed off. Hope it's not his calf again but he went straight down the tunnel with the physio. That's all we need is him injuried also. Hope it's nothing ๐Ÿคž.

11.) 30 Aug 2018 23:05:04
Rodgers says he think mousonda and Benkovic will only be the transfer activity we do tommorow. What you make of that . We will have went through this window and spent a couple of million and thatโ€™s it. Doesnโ€™t seem very good on my account.
Do you think we have had a good window if these 2 are only ones signed tommorow.

12.) 30 Aug 2018 23:11:42
Tamtam I wish I had your level of optimism. If we get 2 loans tomorrow that's it I reckon. Mulumbu and Benkovic. The club clearly is not going to be paying any fees. HH.

13.) 31 Aug 2018 01:38:54
Couple of million? Eddy?
Hail hail.

14.) 31 Aug 2018 06:56:13
Kev that's what I was thinking ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

15.) 31 Aug 2018 09:17:13
I think Mulumbu is a half decent player, but do we really need a midfielder?

good backup, but we have backup for our backup in midfield lol.

and he's 31. Who's place will he take? Ntcham, Brown, McGregor?

16.) 31 Aug 2018 09:51:44
What if brown got injured? Would much rather mulumbu coming into the team over kouassi.

17.) 31 Aug 2018 11:55:21
100% agree birminghambhoy. Kouassi for me is miles off Celtic level. Think the transfer proves that.

29 Jan 2018 09:26:42
A friend, who has friend that works at airport, has just sent me a pic of charly masonda arriving. so he's definitely in Glasgow.

15 Jan 2018 19:03:51
Hearing rumours our Physio/ club doctor is on a flight to Germany. Also heard us linked with Franco di Santo of Schalke. could the 2 be linked?

Find out next week on.

Another dead end window story.

1.) 15 Jan 2018 21:24:51
Fecking hope itโ€™s not di santo! Heโ€™s absolute mince.

2.) 15 Jan 2018 21:25:53
With Erick leaving could this be the signs to come ED I don't see much more coming in unless a big player leaves I. e Armstrong what's your thoughts ED?

{Ed007's Note - I have no doubts that there will be signings made before the window shuts.}

3.) 15 Jan 2018 22:48:42
Turns out physio is in Germany as Armstrong is having a hernia op over there.

17 May 2016 08:49:31
Hail hail!

New member here!

I've heard 2 separate rumours pointing towards one guy becoming new manager. One of those involves registering his kids in school here. that man is Neil Lennon.

Anyone else heard similar?

1.) 17 May 2016 10:38:07
Think he kept his home in Glasgow and moved back soon after he left the Bolton job did he not?

2.) 17 May 2016 11:54:29
If someone follows this up with news about NL getting a sky package sorted then it's only a matter of time before he's unveiled.

3.) 17 May 2016 12:11:34
He's had a flat in Dowanhill for years, and still has it. His boy was at St Aloysius before so it's hardly a big deal if he's back there if they've all moved back to Glasgow. He was a good player for us, I respect him totally but his management spell with us was average. It took a few attempts to get in Europe under him, we were appalling in domestic cups, and there was no Rangers. Even Aberdeen weren't as good then. Bolton was a failure, so why anyone wants him back is beyond me.

4.) 17 May 2016 12:15:42
For anyone that's interested - Frankie Boyle lived in the same street the last I heard.

5.) 17 May 2016 12:37:56
Frankie Boyle you say he's good at talking might be worth a punt. ๐Ÿ˜€.

6.) 17 May 2016 13:14:46
Alternatively Jim, - we could get Frankie to do our PR. If Malky Mackay gets the job we might need to. All kidding aside, I just want us to, for once, go and pay whatever it takes to get a real top manager. I'm talking someone even better than Martin O'Neill. For me it pays for itself, - it can improve the whole club, from selling more jerseys to improving our youth. The whole dynamic/ standing of the club changes. It also gives you that edge, extra 10%/ 20% before we even play a game. The opposition automatically thinks we're better than we are also, it changes the perception completely. And let's face it, as it stands our stock has never been lower. We have to do what it takes, I'd happily sell Biton for eg and give the money to a manager as a salary. If we get hit with a Lennon or a Mackay it will honestly tip me over the edge. It will be a potential case of human combustion.

7.) 17 May 2016 13:19:47
Delphic I'd say you're being a wee bit harsh there. Lennon inherited a woeful Mowbray team and had to buy a lot of new players and in a short space of time if you remember how the club made him wait ages before appointing him. He then took all those new players to within one game of winning the league and then won it the next season with Rangers still there. Cups, I agree they were rotten. Europe, definitely 50/50.

8.) 17 May 2016 13:42:37
Got to agree Delphic get the best manager we can. I'd certainly be happy with o'neill as he gets the best out of what he has IMO. I've got a horrible feeling that the club are going to wait till after the season ticket renewals before appointing someone. If sales are good then expect Lennon and if sales are poor they might have to push the boat out. That's why I'm not renewing till I know who it is as I want the best not the easiest option and withholding renewal is the only bargaining chip I see. That said I might still renew regardless who is in charge as they won't put me in any worse a seat than I have just now so I can hold off .

9.) 17 May 2016 20:34:54
Ma mate works for virgin and he said lennon got the full package the day. Just for u tpp

10.) 17 May 2016 20:35:53
Joking obviously he's not much of a mate

So my rangers supporting bro in law was all smug about being top of the league and I said let's see where you are after the next 3 league games. they've already stumbled on the first of them. I reckon we'll have a 4point cushion soon.

1.) 20 Oct 2019 18:44:22
H*n inlaws (outlaws) mate? Is divorce an option ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

25 Sep 2019 18:33:29
So Malone's in Aberdeen doesn't have Celtic TV. Irish pub my bum. hoping the regent bridge bar has it on. staying in Malone's for a burger first.

1.) 25 Sep 2019 18:38:51
It wouldn't matter anyway mate as you can't watch it live on Celtic TV if you're in the UK. Wish we could as I'd snap up a subscription.

2.) 25 Sep 2019 18:42:24
Was hoping for a stream. will try regent bridge bar next. it seemed busy which is promising.

3.) 25 Sep 2019 19:50:13
This no stream is killing me, why can't you watch the game live if you have a subscription, this abroad or UK pish is annoying. All fans should be treat equal, being in Penzance is like being in South West Norway in distance from Glasgow, yet one can watch the game on celtic tv and the other can't, great stuff celtictv.

{Ed007's Note - It's not CelticTV's fault mate, it's the laws regarding broadcasting live games.}

4.) 25 Sep 2019 20:16:41
Isn't there a way around it? Like a VPN or something? I'm not very savvy with that kind of stuff but sure I read on here Jamie was doing something like that and getting games? Or maybe I imagined that lol.

5.) 25 Sep 2019 20:36:02
I used a vpn when I was still living in Scotland but I also used to be able to watch the iPlayer with a vpn but not now so it's likely you can't do it anymore.

6.) 26 Sep 2019 10:20:30
You can watch all the games live on Celtic TV, even if you are in the UK or Ireland. All you do is connect to interent using a VPN that is hosted outside UK and Ireland.

So your PC connects to a server outside the UK and Ireland and server connects to Celtic TV. This means restriction gets lifted as Celtic TV think you are outside of UK and Ireland.

24 Sep 2019 18:46:55
Lenny has said in the press conference that there will be changes. so I reckon he'll go

Frimpong. Ajer. Elhamed. Hayes
Ntcham. Rogic
Sinclair. Elyanoussi

1.) 24 Sep 2019 21:14:28
He better not๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

2.) 24 Sep 2019 22:04:23
Not a hope of that line up.

1) Sinclair? Not been near the bench so how will he suddenly jump Morgan in the cue?

2) not once have we every played a system like that.

3.) 24 Sep 2019 22:26:35
Greg Taylor will surely start the game along with Tom Rogic, Craig Gordon and Vakoun Bayo .

4.) 24 Sep 2019 22:28:05
It's only common sense to utilize the squad in domestic cup ties; but I don't see such sweeping changes as that line-up.
However, I do see Gordon, Bauer, Taylor, Hayes, Rogic, Elyannoussi and Bayo possibly starting with a mix of stars and squad on the bench.

5.) 24 Sep 2019 22:39:53
Taylorโ€™s cuptied.

6.) 25 Sep 2019 10:34:24
Dont see frimpong playing for a while yet. However I do think Lennon will make a few changes and I agree that he should. Rest brown and McGregor, would like to see sinclair get a game but doubt it. Anyway should be a fairly comfortable win tonight.

7.) 25 Sep 2019 18:38:18
I was only 1 away from getting it right (and Sinclair is on bench) I'm no saying I should be next manager or anything but I think they should at least take a look at my CV๐Ÿ˜.

24 Sep 2019 18:31:48
I'm working up in Aberdeen this week. Anyone know any pubs that'll have the game on tomorrow night?

1.) 24 Sep 2019 19:20:02
Definitely not peep peeps.

2.) 24 Sep 2019 19:38:53
I'm guessing that's a we are the peep peeps place? ๐Ÿ˜‚.

3.) 24 Sep 2019 20:42:25
used to work in Aberdeen, at the time regent bridge bar tim friendly.

4.) 24 Sep 2019 22:12:50
Aye last time I was up there watched a game in that regent bridge bar then 2 mins along the road thereโ€™s malones that had a band on after it.

19 Sep 2019 15:07:42
Not too confident about tonight, has a 3-0 loss written all over it. but usually when I think that ( which isn't too often) we surprise me. so I'll be putting 1-1 on ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ€.

1.) 19 Sep 2019 16:29:01
no reason to think that bhoy1der
i think we are progressing nicely we where getting stronger in the qualifications, another record broken by our winning streak,
if we keep positively going get a gd result tonight win at week end
we have decent cover in defence which we never had, we are breaking teams down but most important we are not predictable. i won't be able to see the game tonight raging, but my positive vibes will be sent.

2.) 19 Sep 2019 17:44:37
They're a good side and it's an away European game so I'm not too confident. If we can get something tonight it's a huge step towards progression from the group. I'd take 1-1 now.

3.) 19 Sep 2019 17:52:31
Obviously it's a big step-up from the SPL standard, but as long as we don't make silly mistakes or start too nervously, we can compete.
Our 'big' players are on top of their game and we will need a huge performance, as it's the most difficult game of the season so far.

4.) 19 Sep 2019 17:56:26
Yeah think it will be a tough game. Would take a draw. We will need to be clinical when we have chances and our crosses have to better than the dross at the weekend.

5.) 19 Sep 2019 19:48:54
Well done bhoy1der.

Should never have got rid of Strachan, the progress we were making under him has been undone, we have no identity, no style of play, but our biggest problem is we genuinely don't have any half decent centre halves.

I wanted Lenny in before Xmas last year, BR had gone stale along with the football. Lenny has the fire in his belly but also knows how to mix it up tactically. his hibs team got plaudits too for the football they played. he also got us into the last 16 of champions League with efe Ambrose in the team fffs.
