Woke up, read the papers, nearly every story is a negative article about the club.
Banning interviews, who does that sound like.
It's gone too far, whilst NL may have some points, those away from the discussions only see what they see.
DD should stop this now, this is a no win situation and where NLs mental health ends up is guesswork.

JFP I mind walking towards the Brazen Head from the city centre whilst wearing a green top and I had the pleasure of passing one of the many flute blowing conventions for the year and I'm sure the cuddle was banned then? Well they certainly didn't show me any affection so I assume it was banned then lol.

You can only get what someone is willing to pay, as contracts run down price will drop too
I also do not know how much of the generated money will be available for players.

Also think the board are content to lose the league as long as the south sliders are beaten a few times a year, that did and probably still satisfies a portion of the support
I don’t see the desire at board level to challenge at Europe CL level. it isn’t business sense for them when the costs to compete and the cost benefits are compared. they will still sell season tickets either way. Appreciate this isn’t the fans view. this is the inherent problem, with the south sliders absense and required re build there should have been no way the gap could have been closed. A decision was made IMO at board level to do just enough to stay ahead, the south sliders were underestimated and investment was withheld. Correcting this slide and reversing it would take bottle both in financial terms and personnel decisions. do the board have that bottle, cos the sliders are only going to get better, I don’t know. The fan base wish they had but based on the decisions made in the past I doubt it.

A percentage of these players are foreign and have no connection to the club other than wages, would have some knowledge but no more than for sayAjax
Their emotional attachment is not the same as home grown players like Broon
I believe they were intised here by promises of euro football giving them a platform to shine from, moving on in a year or two. Win win for everyone, club gets a good standard of player in, potential big sell on fee, they get put in the shop window
This process broke down by asking them to stay longer
In short, a bad result is just a bad day at the office for them not the same as seen by the fans.

Unfortunately that’s the major problem, he thinks he’s doing everything right. Those around and above him appear to be too loyal to disagree
