Wasn't at the game on Tuesday but going on Saturday what way did the vax checks work?

Checked just before you got to the stadium but they barely looked at them mate. I don't have a vax passport so took my brothers and they didn't even scan it or check the name just a quick glance to see it was a qr code and in you go.
