Meant to say Ed (mark) I had been in a very dark place, thought I could cope myself 2 years of next week deeper n deeper you get, I was to embarrassed ( a word I won’t use again there’s no embarrassment there’s no rules it’s about talking to someone I thought I could do it, thankfully I spoke out not one person knew and it gets deeper and darker, Ed if you want I could put myself forward, for any emails regarding this hidden mental health I’m no expert as I say only just finding out myself, don’t be alone bhoys n ghirls it’s ok to be not ok 💚🍀.
