Where the Feck did it all go WRONG

This time last year all us Celtic fans were looking forward to the new season and winning "The Ten" and laughing at the sevvies
Fast forward a year and they are laughing at us and this Tim is dreading the new season.
We have a Board in place who plainly do not give a monkeys about us the fans, all we are getting is The Sound of Silence, except when it comes to expecting and I use that word in particular, EXPECTING us fans to shell out our hard earned money with little idea who our new manager will be or if any new players will be coming in.
Desmond, Lawwell and Bankier (who you ask? our invisible chairman) are treating the Celtic fans disgracefully and as for McKay we were promised a "more open relationship" even he has gone into hiding.
Dermot Desmond you take a fair whack OUT of Celtic, start EARNING your yearly dividends and give us back a PROFESSIONALY RUN CLUB AGAIN.

This time last year I was very apprehensive about the season as it was clear the Current Bun were more than capable. We needed togetherness, luck, and good coaching to see us through, but we had none of that.
Where did it go wrong? From what I understand it was in the showers after the 2019 Cup Final. We needed a coach, but got a manager! How many managers just can't cut it as a coach.
When you buy players, firstly, they have, surely, shown qualities that led you to buy them in the first place, and then you hope they will fit in. Good coaches tend to see that in some players before they buy them, but it doesn't always work out. For us, we seemed to buy players but didn't play them! What was going on there?
As for the board, etc., we should be looking at our youth policy. Rearing your own saves a fortune in the transfer market, and can also make you a fortune. At 17, 18, 19, kids should be pushing for a first team starting place, and when they get there, keeping that spot, aka, Tierney. How many kids do we have come through in the last 10 years? How many are coming through now. If, in 10 years, the numbers aren't at least 18, we have a problem! Is it down to the coaching?
Don't use the excuse of kids leaving for bigger clubs. Don't look for the excuse, look for the reason, find it, and fix it. It's far too easy to play the blame game, any fool can do that!

Lennedy will be staying

Tim you've hit the nail on the head, such a deflating year that doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon.
So much needs to happen at the club and the clock is ticking, we want to be getting the titles back this season coming, not in 5 years time!
