Hi Ed007 hows u after Sunday’s game thought on our performance I thought good start which we can build on. Ajeti being mentioned again to have had further talks with Lennon has been reported what do u think would be a more realistic target him or Toney?

{Ed007's Note - It was a good performance, Rich considering it was the first game of the season and under the crazy circumstances due to Covid - and it was Accies we were up against. Was it my imagination or was McGregor taking more responsibility in midfield and controlling the play more?
I'm not sure what you mean by being a more realistic target, if Lawwell is willing to pay the money for Toney then I think it'll happen but the people jumping the gun saying Ajeti had turned us down were jumping the gun. The guy's on holiday and his present club's season only finished last week, he's entitled to a break and to take his time while deciding his future.}

I thought McGregor controlled the play well at times, definitely took a lot of responsibility from brown.

The footage I've seen of both would suggest Ajeti would link up with Edouard brilliantly. He looks technically very good whereas Toney is a bit less cultured but definitely knows where the goal is.

Just the fact the people selling Toney seem determined to get big bucks for him as they should compared to Ajeti as that seems to be set other than the player himself making his mind up. Seems more realistic if any of the two to come in with as u say PL factor possibly taking affect.

Bang on Ed. Calmac was immense and ups the tempo. I think Brown will sit a few games out now and then this season.

Cal-Mac always makes us play quicker and more incisive, while Broony still gives his all and covers the whole pitch, but I agree it will be very wise to use his experience and drive as-and-when; especially with Soro and Bitton there to give him a break.

I think it's time to move brown out n put the responsibility to mcgregor, ntcham, Christie, rogic.

I like sorro too, his energy is superb. Brown in home games maybe not required as much.

I think Brown has the strength that mcgregor doesn't have. By that I mean he almost bullies players to get the ball. Mcgregor is more of a footballer. Both vital for us this season though no doubt.

The only responsibility I'd give rogic is to find himself another club.
