Do you think that's why Lennon hasn't brought in any backroom staff as his coaching leaves a lot to be desired.

{Ed007's Note - He tried to bring in his drinking buddy Garry Parker.}

You say he's no track record of improving or coaching players but he's a relatively young manager. Don't get me wrong, I was very disappointed he got the job permanently but with the coaching team as a whole is there any reason why players won't improve?

{Ed007's Note - Lennon's two years older than Brendan Rodgers and how many of our players improved from working with him?}

No track record for developing players? perhaps not as good as Rodgers, but Lennon has a far better eye for a player in general. Lennon signed some diamonds the first time, Brendan signed Gamboa, hendry, eboue, Musonda, commper Etc etc. Mabye we should trust Neil’s judgement.

{Ed007's Note - I think you're getting Neil Lennon mixed up with John Park.}
