Theres an attraction for players to want to play under a good coach. With respect I don't think Lennon, Clarke or even Moyes would hold that attraction for players to want to play for Celtic.

So we are at an interesting cross roads. Stick with guys like the above and continue signing guys from unknown leagues and lower leagues in England? Or push the boat out for another marquee manager (Benitez, Wenger, Mancini? ) and give him money to reshape the team in the summer for a push for 10 in a row.

My only worry with the latter is that we would probably need to sell a few players to balance the books.

You wouldn't take any of them GJ? I'd buy any of their bus fares to Parkhead to be honest they are three very talented managers and a E.

{Ed007's Note - Finish that off and I'll tidy it up mate 👍

Wouldn't bother with a marquee manager, would rather have a manager that can manage, and bring in players like Larson, Moravcic, Wanyama, VVD, Brown, Armstrong, and bring through as much home grown talent as possible.

We signed mediocre players under Rodgers and he's considered a top manager.

Ha sorry Ed I pressed send before I finished there, but that was pretty much the jist of it. Was going to say that those three would be the type of European experienced manager that we could do with to take us forward, be a bit more savvy in Continental competition and provide a different angle for the teams style.

Yeah magic in Europe and third in the spfl. lol. I would be surprised if Lenny is just here until the end of the season. Reckon depending on Silverware ie deliver the treble jobs yours, don't and its not kind of deal. He has been here before in similar circumstances.

Mally do you honestly think guys like Burke, Weah Edouard, Ntcham, Sinclair would have come if say Ronny was still in charge. I dont. And we need guys like Tierney, Forrest and McGregor to believe that they will continue to improve as players in order to keep them.

Buster it wasn't Rodgers that persuaded weah to sign.
