Ed I heard from a good source that one of Brendan's targets was a right back who plays in italy or Spain and would have cost £6m but it fell through late on. You know anything about this?

Was this not meant to be Piccini who meant from Lisbon to Valencia? Was there any truth in that Ed? Would have been a brilliant signing.

{Ed007's Note - No there was no truth in it, we scouted Piccini and that was it, the player was looking for CL in either Spain or back in Italy.}

like I said previously. We have targeted players but if they don't want to come to our wee league and big team. we move on.
