apparently Celtic have contacted st Johnstone this morning for Ali McCann, also young Irish forward Johnny Kenny.

Hopefully we get McCann as I feel if we don’t, the Sevconians will possibly in the winter window . They will need a replacement for Davis, we could do with his energy in there which gives us an option we don’t really have. He looked good for them in their euro games against decent opposition as well.

I feel the McCarthy deal may have ruled this one out but would love to be wrong. How much are St. Johnstone likely to take for him, 3 or 4 mil? I'd probably go for that tbh or Lewis Ferguson. McCann a bit more lightweight and technical.

Ferguson we've no chance but mcann is doable watched him in there Europe games and was excellent sone engine.
