The UEFA president has denied speculation that if the leagues are not finished by June 30th that UEFA will demand the leaders be declared Champions.
Spineless UEFA could leave it to the Sfa/ Spfl to decide the outcome. Not Good.

Eufa can't declare anyone champions, they can say the team that was at the top of the league, when the league was unfinished, if that is what happens, will be that countries representative in the champions League, Eufa rule 43, subsection 11, paragraph 6b.

I don’t understand what you mean. I can’t find the rule book for domestic leagues.
Are you saying UEFA will leave it up to the Sfa?
It could depend on what country the league leaders play in if they will be declared champions. When Partizan Belgrade were declared Champions in 1999 it was a joint decision from UEFA and the Yugoslavian FA.
I don’t think it will come down to a decision because I think the outstanding games will be played at some stage.

SFA will do anything to keep slippy for one more season. Null and void but pay them for finishing second without acknowledging we won 9 in a row. Still want to qualify for Europe. but no real league positions as null etc. but you know they want all the good without the reality. Oh and Celtic didn't win the league either so not 9 in a row. helps slippy's cv

So Sevco say "pay us for 2nd and allow us to be in Europe for this honour". " Deny Celtic Title for the same but pay them for being winners anyway.
