Either or wouldn’t really have bothered me but it’s the timing that I am no happy with. We could have had Taylor weeks ago if that’s who we were going to end up with. He’ll not be put in tomorrow and going to ibrox with boli at the back gives me the fear. Hopefully I get a surprise but it’s a worry.

So what happened to meling, tonybhoy.

I did say last week the interest in Taylor was concrete and I don't post much . I expected a RB in from Leicester that never materialized.

Spurs are happy for Wanyama to go to Celtic on loan but would be happier to transfer him out altogether (Y)

If your 2 post are accurate (I've no reason to doudt you) . It comes across as if we have missed Lennons first choice over 500000 quid. Lennon has to do with what he's given.

If wanyama is a option then that would blow things out the water. Exactly the type of player we need at the minute but it’s just a bit rubbish that we have waited so long.

DRA your definitely a glass is half empty kind of guy eh?

Match of the day saying that the deal will be done in the next 24 hours for Taylor if that goes for anything. Anyone think there’s a chance that this gets done today he’ll make the squad tomorrow?

Got to say i am very underwhelmed with Taylor over Melling. Melling has both international and European club experience. Cannot say that Taylor was outstanding against us while Melling was.

David a didn't know who turnbull was then he was the next best thing when wee where signing him.

Not particularly didn't want Lennon but we have him. He's a yes man you don't lose your no1 choice over 1/ 2 million quid. Just annoying wouldn't mind if Lennon was a good manager but he's not.

And you know that for sure who told you gies peace. the negativity on here is getting out of hand. whether you like lenny or not He said there was 2 or 3 coming in and they have a rb with an option to buy=Good business if he's good great if not move on, a decent pedigree wide man who gets goals and now a very consistent lb.

31 Aug 2019 17:39:34
DRA I never wanted Lennon but I have never heard anyone say meling was officially his number one other than Tony and sorry to say this Tony, his story changed in a matter of hours.
Lennon has said several time that we were looking at several LBs.
The papers and fans on here have claimed Taylor was Lennons first choice for weeks and other stories said different.

Until someone is signed you should take each story with a pinch of salt.

Taylor consistent at what being average for Kilmarnock, very underwhelming and not ahead of Boli for me

SPL level player Taylor is and that’s being kind.

Who pee'd on your Cornetto Mally?

I said the interest in Taylor was concrete because a good pal of mine used to play for Killie and is still involved in Youths/ Corporate side of things. I expected the RB in it NEVER happened and another good friend indicated that Spurs seen Celtic as an ideal destination loan wise as the English window was closed.

I don't much rumours but I posted that (Y)

Kev T heard that banged out whenever we've signed anyone from Scotland.
Was said about guys like Skippy McDonald, Barry Robson paul hartly and stuart Armstrong.
Not one person on here knows if this bhoy will be able to make the step up or not.
Hopefully we get an Armstrong and not a GMS but either way we need to give him a chance.

Massive game tomorrow, instead of bitching about who is first choice second choice sighing let’s just back our team weather you wanted Lennon or not get over it he is our manager we are CELTIC if you don’t like it 🖕. 3-1 tomorrow french eddy Christie and Forrest .

Kev 83 - every couple of years an SPL player is signed and will make the step up

I just doubt this guy gets any better from what I’ve seen. The players you mentioned where good, throw in Agathe and McNamara with them but unfortunately 9 out 10 of them are just SPL level and nothing more

We have Ralston, Hayes, Morgan already who are a waste of a wage and Hendry lol - Taylor imo is just another one of them.

No one will convince me on Lennon. He's a poor manager that cost us champions league football already.

Dra that's one game. Lennon has a better record in Europe than Rodgers. And look at his start. Too many people slated lenny before we kicked a ball but Rodgers would of loved his record in Europe.
