Hi Ed any truth in dumbele deal sound a good recruitment if so.

I didn't think it would move that fast though and had planned to post it up when I got home.}

Ed, this is a real coup and a sign of intent. This kid has the chance to go to the very top.

We have the boy Ajer in for central midfield so for me if we can sign a good quality CB and winger (and hopefully a GK) I think we will be good for the Champs league qualifiers.

{Ed007's Note - I'm looking forward to seeing Ajer and the general feeling seems to be that he's impressed in training considering he's arrived during a managerial change. Brendan Rodgers spoke to him and assured him nothing had changed with the Club's plans for him. Let's hope he keeps to his word about the young players.
I'd love to get a new GK in, I'm never confident going into any big game with Gordon in goal and the aftermath of the SC semi-final masked yet another blunder of his in a massive game. There is no doubts in my mint that no matter what European competition we're in next season Gordon will cost us points.}

McGovern performance against Germany was grossly overrated

the saves he should have made, he almost made a hash of them which led to further frenzied saves

I'm sorry but the MMG circus is a joke …never a CFC standard and Gordon does indeed win hands down (or up)

McGovern is the man, he comes from a town I lived in for 15 years, his sister used to be or maybe still is goal keeper for the North of Ireland too. 😀😀.

Have you heard anything on this ED? Talk today we were going to take our time then next DD comes out wae next week bbc radio saying tonight that barring any last min hiccup its Rogers but Moyes was mentioned from a caller that was in Celtic park today and that was the talk of the town.

Well it seems celtic's latest "manager update" has put the Rodgers deal to bed they have said they will take there time and no one is a priority target.

I can not remember a club ever coming out and placing all their eggs in the one basket. What if they released a statement today saying it's definitely Rogers they want and are not considering anyone else then something happens and if fell through. How could they then approach another manager after saying they are only interested in Rogers . End sated a while ago that we wanted him and it was made public yesterday . He would not have been talking to Desmond if he was un interested and let's face it Desmond has to appeas the fans with this one. Has anything changed as far as you know ed? .

It will be someone like Paul Hartley. We won't see ambition till PL and JP are expelled from club. PL is more interested planting shrubs and doing a bit of weeding on the lovely monoblocking of celtic way these days.
