Can someone tell me if it's TRUE that Celtic value Callum McGregor at 9 million? Is that some sort of joke or did they forget the 1 infront of the 9 for the first bid. Embarrassing if we let him go for anything under 15m.

Read Celtic have been given a price of 2.5m plus add ons for David Turnbull, if true I think he is work a punt, on 4 year contract, nothing more than 2.5 anyway.

Only one season but I'd be as excited of his signing as much as I was for Brown.
If the club don't get this over the line now I think he'll end up in England and the chance will be gone.
See Fletcher, McCarthey, McGinn, Robertson etc.

Maybe he's worth a punt if we Take the same approach with him as we did with Christie perhaps, but does he improve us n go straight into the team?
I do think though that in Euan Henderson we have the best young CM in the country, he's the next breakthrough player for us IMO.
Think the key positions for next season though are
GK
RB
CB
ACM
CF
With players leaving and the squad that's there, decent money on these 5 positions is what we need. maybe this is what lawell is getting at.
4 quality signings to supplement what's there.

LB is key too with Tierney being injured. Hayes and Miller aren't any good there. With all this money we have we should be buying players that play those positions instead of playing people out of position. That's where we get found out. Bitton at CB against Astana, McGregor against Sevco being examples.

Hopefully KT back to full fitness though, but better having a ready made replacement than someone filling in that ain't a full back.

Come on lads toljan wansnt given enough time with us and much better player than lustig, I love lustig but he is shocking but good heart for Celtic he has.
