Something that's been bugging me all day. It was a clear penalty at the end but I'm pretty sure Collum allowed play to continue. Surely aberdeen got the advantage as cosgrove got a free shot from 8 yards out. The fact he is a donkey and hit the bar doesn't change that. How can you then go back and blow for a penalty? They got their advantage and fluffed it. Does advantage in that instance only count when you score?

Since they wrote to the SFA 2 years ago to complain about Wullie,
He was been a referee in 12 Celtic games and only 6 of their games.
In those 12 Celtic games, we have conceded 6 penalties and he has sent off 3 Celtic players.
Celtic have received 2 penalties and the only time he sent off an opponent was when Celtic were leading 5-0.
In the 6 games he’s been referee in their games,
Their opponents have finished with 10 men in 50% of the games.
They have only received one penalty and conceded 2 penalties.
But Why have Celtic got Wullie double the games when he is so unpredictable.

Let be fair buzz all were pens yesterday. And u say that but if that's the case why did he not send off McGregor yesterday so. He was fouling all over the place and gave away the pen in the last min. I hear what u r saying but it was due to shocking defending by us we drew not him. Beside most refs in Scotland are not great.

Good morning Buzz you will remember they complained about about Collum And he never got one of their games for six months and was he not supposed to be In charge of their game yesterday only to be changed and our original ref for yesterday Nick Walsh went to ibrox.

Tbh there was a blatant push on Cosgrove right in front of ref in lead up to Griffiths goal, and I felt all 3 penalty decisions were penalties.
Iv said it for a while I genuinely don’t believe the Refs are biased I just think they are not of a good enough standard and should be professional full time referees.
Made to work 40 hour week with 20 hours fitness and 15 hours reviewing their performances and the performances of their peers with 2 matches reffed each week to keep them sharp.

I disagree with Lennon blaming Collum yesterday because he had a good game.
But why are we getting Collum In double the games?
In 12 games we have conceded 6 penalties and he’s sent off 3 Celtic players.
To put that into perspective, they have only conceded one penalty in over a year.

Guys come on if trying to apportion blame on Collum then I'm disappointed. They were clear penalties and he correctly played advantage and then correctly gave penalty when advantage wasn't taken. We can see Lenny starting to lose the plot with his statements please do not join him and retain yer sanity or this league cld be over soon.

Given the situation with Killie does anyone else think we should have two separate squads. We certainly have the numbers with a few of the youth added in. Would hopefully ensure we don't end up in a similar position. don't want to end up any further games behind.

They stats came form a Celtic blogger.
I checked it myself and he has only scored in 7 games but 9 goals in total for his games in Scotland. ( he scored doubles at Raith Rovers and Brechin )
I have it he only played 55 league games on grass due to a few plastic pitches in the lower leagues.
It still isn’t great considering the part time opposition.

Modern day footballers are a disgrace. The way they down tools really gets me. Overpaid and over hyped. The standard in football is at a low point imo. A look at the top leagues and noone really stands out. Will only get worse as these young full of themselves types continue to come through. I thought Lenny should have gone in Oct btw.

Agree he is not the answer longterm but mooy has done more in 3 months than Mccarthy in 15. Paid for himself through being at world Cup and added the experience we needed post nir and Tom. Expect him to leave at end of season having made a decent contribution. If abilgaard gucci and Mccarthy were better they would be playing. 9 points clear all going to plan.
{Ed007's Note - Was the CL campaign part of this plan all is going to? Unless Ange is planning to keep playing O'Riley at CDM what he is doing with Mooy is pointless, we have struggled to break down teams with Mooy playing further forward because he is so slow in thought and with his feet and his almost Bronyesque backwards and sideways passing. When Mooy plays in that forward slot there is a serious imbalance in the team and he isn't good enough to play the CDM.
We're 9 points clear in spite of Mooy - and it should be 12 or was the St Mirren loss part of the plan - not because of anything he's done.}

I've seen nothing to suggest he is a winger. Doesn't take on his man. Little skill. Poor touch. As inaffective out wide as kyogo is. Maybe unrealistically hoping he would be as affective upfront. can't fault his work ethic and realise he may just need time to adjust and coming off the back of a full j league season may hit the ground running next season. Need more right now though. Tougher tests than st mirren to come.

Really need to step it up now. That was some stat today. 29 direct free kicks zero goals. Add to that our abysmal corner kick record. Have we scores from maybe 1 all season? I know it's not ange's style but in games like that maybe sticking jullien on up top could pay off. Not been a threat with crosses since he was injured. 5 massive games before the split. But we r up there and that didn't seem likely back in the autumn. Let's hope kyogo is back soon he would be huge for the final games.
