Hey Ed, I just got a message from my brother who's working in Derby, that Johney Russell is on the move but no one knows who to, then I seen another rumour about him on twitter, is there any substance in this? And is John Guidetti on his way?

1.) Hi Belfast, As far as I know Bournemouth have had TWO bids knocked back for JR!
2.) I know Guidetti is at celtic park just now hope aa deal can be done think it will be another loan.
3.) Another loan apparently happy with this is he can play like he did at Feynoord

I heard Delia, is trying to push through 3-4 signings before the next qualifier. Apparently Troy Deeney, McManaman, St.Ledger, and Armstrong are all on the radar.
1.) Wouldn't mind Deeney and Armstrong. The other two I'm not so sure about.
2.) You're having a laugh with all of them apart from McManaman as Celtic have been in contact with Wigan.
3.) Isn't there a limit to the number of new players we can register for the next qualifier?
Fairly sure we can only register 2 new players for the game.
4.) McManaman and Armstrong hopefully. When will St.Ledger go away?!
5.) I got told from a reliable source that mcmanaman deal would be worth 4m! And I still don't believe it! If we paid that for him and say not 6m for finbogasson what the deck are we thinking? And I mean the boy knows what he's talking about ed have u heard about this?
6.) I wouldn't mind armstrong. maybe take the wigan boy. Troy Deeney I doubt would happen, are Watford not wanting 5mil plus for him? We won't spend that on 1 player. I've also seen we have been linked with the boy Tonev from Villa, loan move with a view to a permanent deal. any truth in that Ed?

1.) Hi ed, do you think celtic are seriously trying to get players in to improve the team. Just seen mcmanaman scored today so that questions that deal as if we are serious we wouldn't want him playing today. It appears more likely players are going to leave rather than come in. It's hard to figure out what's happening at celtic park these days as there seems to be a complete lack of direction from our leaders.
{Ed007's Note - I think they need to let Deila build his own team so yes, I do think they are actively trying to bring players in although what stage it is at is anyone's guess.}
2.) Surely there are better players out there than Mcmannaman we can go for?
3.) So far we've signed 2 players Craig Gordon prob parks list and berget prob deila list so who's list are we likely to follow? Bearing in mind Monday night is a signing deadline minus a wild card
4.) BigBhoy mcmanaman is a crackin wee player seen him for wigan plenty times and always been impressed he was ammense in the game against man city in the fa cup final. Would be more than happy if we got him

My brother who lives In Glasgow was saying that he heard in work that we are trying to push through a move for Johney Russell or if we can't pursuade Derby to sell them were going to make a bid for John Walters. This is what I've heard I'm a first time poster here

I'm not sure you can get celtic tv as of yet. Been looking for it myself a while ago but you will get all the games on it anyway mate

sorry to bore everyone i'm not up to speed on these boxes I currently subscribe to sky would love to find out which one to get how well they perform do they have hd,how easy are they to set up and do they come pre programmed do you have to keep hunting for lost channels ,sorry again guys I know its a football forum but apart from paying my season ticket I feel I pay enough

On the box and also Amazon stick you need to make sure you buy one that has kodi installed on it. You will get all Celtic games on this and ssn, BT sport and all. You can't get Celtic TV at present. All latest movies and TV shows form UK and America plus many more

You can get good ones from about £55 onwards. You just plug into TV the port and switch TV on. That is it set up and ready to play. You get HD channels and they just update when in use. The big thing as I said, make sure kodi is pre- installed as that is what it all comes on. The thing you want to buy is called jail broken with kodi set up on it

What support is that belfastboy? Celtic park is empty on a constant basis, even when full the atmosphere is terrible. It's been like that for at least 5 years. Telling you all now it's time for the board to go, the current model is hopeless and a mockery to the true supporters. I'll be at the front door on Saturday to shout as loud as I can. Sack the board!

I've just got one too BelfastBhoy. So far I've used an app called WSS for ssn etc but haven't worked out how to get games on xbmc yet.

Hey Bhoys, hows you Ed? I am just wondering why we haven't taken a gamble on Joe Gormley from Cliftonville. I mean he's hardly Europe standard but in terms of the SPL he would do damage. I watch him often enough with the reds and think he should we worth punt we'd get him for next to nothing and if he was a failure then it wouldn't be a big loss.I mean we are better buying the best bargains around us instead of branching out trying to get foreign alternatives that can't settle, for an example in recent times Pukki, Balde, Scepovic, when we should have got Gauld and Russell

I'm not surprised Ed, i'd say more of the Belfast Bhoys would knoe him, like he's only 24 Played 133 games scored 85 goals,not a bad return in any league
{Ed007's Note - I seen his goals return when I looked him up, that's impressive no matter what league you're in. He might not be CFC standards but I'd imagine he could do a job for another SPFL side.}

BelfastBhoy i'm all for giving players who are virtually unheard of a chance. Its a problem I have with our scouting system, it overlooks lower leagues and club is missing out on some good players who would do a better job than some players we have in squad.
For me Andy Robertson is a good example of failings of scouting system. 3 years ago playing queens park and was not so long ago linked with Arsenal

MarkieBhoy, The Armstrong comment was meant to be separate, We need two replace the current two center backs and i'd rather have Armstrong than Mulgrew , I'd love to see Mulgrew as cover for Izzy pushing him to set up more. I'd maybe take a punt on John Souttar, I like the youth system at Dundee United at the minute so maybe i'm being abit bias. I didn't know Wukaso would be 4mill , I 100% wouldn't get him for that much, we need a pacey winger i'd like to get Anya if Watford would part ways

To say we've been awful in Europe is ridiculous , we're 2nd in the group and are very unlucky not to be 1st, we are top of the league , ok I'll give you that we have under performed but Delia has the task of putting the fire back into Celtic just like Lennon did the only difference is that Lennon was an Ex Celt which already gained his backing. We've struggled against teams the same calibre as Salzburg and Zagreb before and to have 8 points so far is brilliant. Have faith in Delia he hasn't disappointed me yet so far
I 100% agree with you Rayman, I think Gordon has been brilliant and we couldn't have got a better keeper to replace Forster. let's just hope everyone continues this decent run and we can get the league back on track and push for the Europa League.
