What did their team cost versus ours?
Great performance and we took the game to them. The level of technical ability of our players has gone up a level. It’s little by little but we’ll get to where Ange thinks we should be. Competing in the Champions League every year. The model for our football club going forward is light years ahead of what Rodgers and Lennon brought with them. We’re slowly unleashing our potential and it’s a beautiful journey we’re all on together as One Club. Ange just gets it so much. His back story and ours as a Club is the perfect match. I do think we need to have a bit more height and strength in the team especially midfield and the additions in the transfer window are welcome. Haksabanovic is going to have us off our seats regularly. What a time to be a Tim! Hail Hail.

haksabanovic looks the part but if he gets a starting position who misses out.

I think we are going to get stronger. Olly and haksabanovic could become starters. Then it's Cal and oreilly or hatate, jotq and haksabanovic wide.

I think Sead has been brought in to make sure we don’t put too much pressure on some of the younger ones. I mean Abada is what 20? O’Riley is 21? So the rotation is also needed to protect the young ones a little as well as injuries, schedule, recovery etc. I also think that Haksabanovic could operate more centrally. So I don’t think players will be missing out. Ange has the players he wants for the positions he wants covered and they’ll all get enough games. Ideguchi and McCarthy might not get a lot but they are possibly good options to bring into Domestic cup games if we’re in a comfortable position.
