The SPFL's initial response to the Sevdossier

THE SPFL hit out at Rangers as they insist the dossier 'fails to identify a single shred of evidence' of wrongdoing.

The Light Blues have shared evidence they claim raises concerns over last month's season-ending resolution.

And they called for the suspension of SPFL chief Neil Doncaster and legal advisor Rod McKenzie.

But the SPFL have now released a statement of their own to hit back at the Ibrox club.

An SPFL spokesman said: “It is now a month since Rangers accused the SPFL of bullying and corruption relating to the Dundee FC return.

“At last, Rangers have issued their ‘dossier’ and we will now take time to review it, before responding to all 42 clubs.

“Since Rangers publicly demanded the suspension of the SPFL’s chief executive and legal counsel, everyone in Scottish football has waited patiently for them to present their case.

“However, an initial examination of their ‘dossier’ has failed to identify a single shred of evidence to support Rangers’ vociferous claims of corruption, bullying and coercion by SPFL staff.

“If Rangers have any good reason for Neil Doncaster and Rod McKenzie to be suspended, we have yet to see it. ”.

What a surprise that is 😂 The gift that keeps on giving 😂 Surely they should expect a massive fine for bringing the game into disrepute.

The weather's not looking too great for the next week. Wait another week till it's brightened up and restrictions are lifted. Then we can really celebrate.

They should be fined the maximum possible and warned of any more statements that they bring out about the governing body Or any club or person without full proof of wrong doing will result in the same. football has pondered to the newest club for too long time to put them in their place once and for all.
