As I write this it looks more and more likely that we are done for this window. Can anyone tell me why we don’t sign players who can come in, and take a first team place and improve the side instantly. I know we signed Forster but he’s only on loan, pat the pole Lennie said the other night “ he showed us what he’s about a bit with his pace but he needs to learn how to play with his back to goal”. Soro, probably won’t see him much this year 🙈 most fans agreed on here that we needed players for certain positions . Lennie said all window that he wanted first team ready players, where are they? I’m ready for the usual bull from lawell or the club, jan is a really difficult month for us to do work in but we have secured two potentially big players. Whether jan is hard or not, we needed a good window to push away from them. Also jans a big month for us as some of our most important games come in July or early August . We could potentially be going into these games with maybe one keeper ( bain) where is the planning for that .

U sound shocked Quinn! It’s the same every time mate! Nothing will ever change. we have been hearing about first team ready experienced players since the 1st of the month and here we are on the 31st with no player who fits that description signed! Lennon hasn’t got a scooby about who comes in! Lawell is pulling the strings as usual! We’ve sold 2 left wingers and have another 2 who are always injured, we've 2 right wingers one of whom we’re likely to getting a sighting of lord lucan or shergar before we spot him! Forest has no competition! We seem to be trying 352 which means we need at least 3 centre backs, we’ve got 2 fit ones and one who is injure more than he plays! If it comes back to bite us at the end of the season, and I do realise it’s only if. but if it does we know who to blame and I hope for once he’s actually held accountable for his sheer incompetence!

Elyounoussi?
Julien?
Forster?
Elhamed?

All brought in in last window all first team starters when fit.

How many more can we bring in straight away and who ye dropping?

Elyounoussi and Forster at the moment are in loan. If they sign permanently then fine, but if not then come the summer we’re running about AGAIN looking for a winger and a keeper. Gordon will be off which I don’t think too many will mind which leaves Bain. Bain simply isn’t good enough to be first choice.

Buster, sorry I did forget about Julien . Two are loans though who I’d be surprised if we will sign due to the whole cost of the deals ( wages and fees) . Elhamed has been good but he unfortunately seems injury prone. I just feel we should have been doing more in this window seeing as we are fighting on four fronts at the minute, with loads of injuries.

They would all start and 2 currently do. I think his point is on echoing Lennys own words and how they never seen to make any sense re transfers. Even though all the positions we brought cover for are the same positions that the injuries are piling up. Surely it can't just be coincidental?

Buster You have said it urself! When fit! Elyounoussi and el hamed are rarely fit! Like I said we’ve sold 2 left wingers, we’re left with an injury prone loanee and a wee boy who’s injured long term and ain’t ready for the first time! Lennon looks a complete and utter clown after bumping his gums about experience to help the players he said lacked physicality against the Rangers! He ain’t got a clue what’s going on with our transfer dealings, or should I say lack of them!
