How do guys like Mark Hughes keep getting jobs as football manager's?

Because it's jobs for the boys. No wonder very few people have any sympathy for Managers loosing their jobs. Unless you are really really bad you won't be out of a job for long.

There is a permanent roundabout of average / below average managers in Scotland it used to be Jim jefferies, Bobby Williamson, jimmy calderwood etc
In England there is moyes, Hughes, allardice, Lambo (hate to say it)
One job, do nothing get fired, pay off then another job.
Even our national team now has ‘big eck’

I’m getting my cv fired right in!
