Had a look at the first team players on the official celtic page we have
3 keepers
11 defenders
15 midfielders
4 striker's
Would anyone give the 2 young strikers a chance aitchinson and nisbett or would rather we bought someone and loan them out.

Tricky. I'd like to see Nesbitt get a few games pre-season to see if he can look like making an impact on the first team squad. But is he not more of an attacking mid? I know youths can't come good unless they get a chance but at this moment in time we really need another striker and a wide man who can take us to the next level this season. I've got reservations these two would. So perhaps a loan for another season might be best.

Jim Tim. . nesbitt can play wide left. right. att mid . fwd. as can young Calvin miller. aitchison is a forward . we also have theo Archibald who can play both wings . regan hendry both wings att mid. seen them all a few times and at youth / development level they stand out . high hopes they can make an impact at higher level.

It's always great to see young Celtic talent breaking through, as for a club of our size and resources, we don't see it often enough and Kieran Tierney has shown the way to other potential stars.
However we have set CL qualification as a prime target and we will need to add one or two quality players to improve on the shortfalls of last season and also give these young players a higher standard to aim for.

Four strikers? I thought we had one and Ciftci.

wee tierney was a breath of fresh air last season the experience he gained by getting a regular game brought him on a ton i think he will be even better this season and the fact he is one of our own makes it even better you can tell he loves wearing that hooped jersey and everything it represents.

Who has set C L qualification as a prime target The board and the management may pay lip service to C L qualification but that is all. We have never In the last 5/ 6 years spent the money early in the summer transfer window and in big enough amounts to make C L qualification inevitable and I am not sure we will do it this year either .
The club doesn't spend money it hasn't got.

Qualification is never inevitable regardless how much cash you throw at a squad.
