Heard that Lenny has been told that he won't get the job at the end of the season. Makes me wonder whether we have someone who's agreed to join come next year.

Couldn’t put my finger on it last night but got the impression in his post match interview that he knew/ had accepted that. Rose away to BMG, he’d have been my choice. Ranieri would do a job I think but reckon that could be unrealistic. Really hope we don’t take a backwards step in the appointment.

I'd take that with a mountain of salt Calum. I'd be absolutely amazed if the board had given him that kind of news when we've still got important games on the horizon. I'd also expect him to at least be interviewed for the position come the end of the season if he completes the treble treble. Just my opinion.

nothing against lennon but i think its a step back the way. he is a 100% legend and has come in and steadied the ship. Rose away back to Germany to that team way the long name lol think it will between Rafa or Roberto keep clear of Moyes.

I think it’s easy to see that some players are not playing for him, the players will know what’s going on as they will want to know . If he was going to be the manger the players would be working harder to be in his plans, I think the new manager has been picked and players know so they think there is no need to push harder.

Hahaha forgot that Claudio was back in work! Aye, unrealistic may be understatement. Are Rafa and Martinez much more realistic? I’m scoobied tbh, know who I don’t want: Moyes/ Keane. Lenny has done a job coming in but he would not bring us forward/ attract any calibration even if we were to invest ambitiously. Anyone else got any suggestions? Shame Zizu went back to Real, if only Xavi had his badges! 😂.

Any player at the club felt that way as I'd imagine whoever will be the next manager or anyone interested in being the next manager will be watching closely and formulating a plan for next season so all the squad are playing for their futures right now in my opinion.
