A lot of speculation that Congerton has left his post. Have you heard anything Ed or is it just all rumours?

Why now? does not make any sense. If he was leaving why not after the August window closed. Anyone new has no chance of getting their people in for the January window.

Why not now? I've got zero faith in the guy anyway, he's done nothing of note. Even if he's suggesting good players no-one is trusting him enough to take his advice so what's the point.

Anyone got a list of people that's been signed since he's been in a job? It's been hit and miss obviously the 2 that jump out is Edouard and Ntcham. Surely we have reports from players scouted maybe BR wants to make a decision on who we sign as he's hardly played a lot that we have signed maybe trying to say they aren't good enough?

Always said congerton was the weak link! Even Sunderland fans didn't rate him, we should be doing a lot better than that.
