Plus I'd assume that pistol Pete will get sell on clauses on the deal like he usually does.

Yeah he only had a year left on his deal so went for about less than half of what he was actually worth.

If we sell Armstrong, the price should be the English market price, not this undervalued Scottish market price, let them pay the price or keep him till the end of his contract, if he stays he will enhance the team, if he stays and plays, he will help us go further in Europe, and the European money will be increased, should not sell him for anything under £12 million, even at that he is still a bargain, when you look at the prices paid for inferior players in England.

Simple fact is the higher profile league the more money players will go for and if he's leaving one of the big clubs then its major money.

Aindoh. Armstrong is worth a maximum of £5mill. He wants to leave so maybe we need to accept less. He can sit with Celtic and after 12 months walk away for free. There is no chance we can get £12mill. To be honest he has had 1 good season. His stats over 3 years are good but not great. Can be great on his day but £12mill, no way pal.
